Very friendly. very helpful. It was nice to actually see the tables where the dogs get worked on. They also allowed me to sneak in my other dog to get her toes clipped last min. We definitely booked miss Zoey to go back.

So, if they can't take anymore pets one shouldn't take it personally. Aptos Grooming and Linda (Owner) are so good that they just can't take anymore clients. Much the same as doctors who's calendars are so filled up they can't accommodate any more patients without jeopardizing their relationship and treatment of existing clients. Established clients can't get in, in a reasonable time end up going elsewhere. That's no way to treat existing clients. Linda is honorable. She's a fabulous groomer. I've been lucky enough to have her be my dog and cat groomer for many years over. When I move next year, I'm going to wish I could take her with me. It will be hard to establish a new groomer that can fill her shoes.

I don't have dogs that need full grooming, but love how nice they are to fit us in for pedicures monthly :)

We our dog here for a wash, nail trim and haircut. It's a busy place and seemed harried, but overall we're happy with them(Mary was the receptionist). No criticism, but they appear busy as to took 3 weeks to get an appointment. A little pricey($75), but we're satisfied and will return

Very nice and was so kind to my shelter dog that has separation anxiety issues. It only took 2 hrs and my little fur baby was clean and calm when I picked her up. I'll definitely be back there again next month.

Linda is absolutely wonderful! I have brought my puppy Caspian into Aptos Grooming twice now and have had such a positive experience. Linda is calm, patient and caring and does an amazing job with him. It is clear that she has years of experience and a wealth of knowledge. Linda has also been incredibly helpful with tips and advice. I definitely recommend Aptos Grooming!

We are full-time RVers and were staying in town for a few months while workkamping. It's always nerve-wracking taking our sweet natured, quiet, older Shih Tzu to a groomer we've picked off Google, but that's how we have to do it since we are always in new areas. I depend strongly on reviews of customers! Mary, at Aptos Dog and Cat Groomers, was a dream come true. She was so kind to our little dog and did an absolutely perfect job of grooming him. I couldn't have asked for better. We're only here for four months, but we'll be back next year, and I'll be bringing Andy back to Mary!

I don't go anywhere else. My Aunt Judy has been with Linda for years and she provides the best care and grooming!
