great place to get your taxes done, ive had one of the CPA's do my stuff for 20 years and she has never let me down

I was heavily taken advantage of by this company. Jeanette the owner has a really interesting staff and that's all I will say. This company has been around since the 70's. Her father started it and now it's hers and there are only 2 reviews and that doesn't really make sense. I originally came to her with a few simple tax issues. She failed me and then really over charged me. I have recently received a message from another Yelper that also got taken advantage of, thanking me for the courage to speak up. Thanks yelp community!! Lets speak up and pray that people change for the better.
