I had just dropped off my eldest daughter at her orchestra practice session. I needed to deposit a check for my daughter. I had to find a Wells Fargo Bank. I found one nearby where we were at. I drove over here and used the ATM only. There were 2 ATMs available for use. This location has cover shields in front of the ATMs like the ones you see at the bus stops... I'm probably not describing it correctly, but you get my gist. Perhaps it's to block anyone from looking at the people in front of the ATMs handling their transaction or maybe it's to block the wind or something.Anyway, the ATM area was very well lit which I like especially when it's in the evening. Parking was ample. Bank was already closed at that time so I didn't have any encounters with bank tellers. It was just a quick visit for a quick deposit. That was it. Nothing more. Just glad to know there is a WF Bank nearby. Thank you!

Out of service 80% of the time. What’s the point of it being there if it doesn’t ever work? This machine is a waste of space. Wells Fargo does NOT care about customer satisfaction and this ATM is proof of that fact!

This is so convenient with most of the places you need to shop right around it. Quick drive thru and you're done. Great idea putting it here in the hub of the shopping center.It gets a little busy but the line goes fast.

Gotta love waiting in a line 20+ deep when they first open and only having 3 tellers. Most of the people are online for transactions they can do from an atm/online. Either make a line just for withdraws (more than what the atm limit is) or get more tellers.

They really need to train their tellers, twice in August different tellers made a mistake with my deposit. Then when I called to talk to a manager I got the run around.

If I could give zero I would. Terrible customer service. Was there for almond two hours last week trying to close an estate account. Had all legal documents needed after all this was told could not close account because it was the last day of the month. Ridiculous. Have spoken to the manager in the past he is also terrible

I'd give it a zero if I could. The worse customer service EVER!!! no wonder wells was under investigation. Banking done wrong! All they care about are sales sales sales. No wonder I closed my accounts. Beyond irritated!

I come down here instead of the one on Roy Rogers because of the quality of service I get from the professionalism of this branches employees and the quality of customers are as good as it gets in the HD. I normally come just to pay my landlord for rent but today Ms. Mora helped with the hassle of having to come in the bank each time to pay rent by helping set up a checking account to alleviate or eliminate the trip to the bank for good. With the professionalism and clear information on opening an account, Ms. Mora had me feeling good about being a new customer. I'm not sure of the other reviews but from my experience coming here all the employees are professional and willing to help whether I was bumming out in wrinkled clothes or in my Law Enforcement attire, Thank You Wells Fargo for the training of your staff, keep up the good work.

Even though I do not have an acct at this bank, I have an acct that I need to make payments to. I have always been treated nicely. I went in today to make my final pymnt & Cesar was very helpful & understood my urgency to make this pymnt & how I needed documentation, proof & copies of deposit slip. And that pymnt was being credited to the right acct. Very professional & friendly.

I was refused my deposit after terminating my paid lease on my safe deposit box early. The associate named Bill is incompetent and rude. He lacks the capacity to perform his job and after a certain amount of time sitting at his desk he completely stops trying. After an approximate 30 minute demonstration of his I.Q. he got frustrated and began inviting me to leave. That is without the deposit he owes me, or my keys. When I talked to a customer service manager, and then the branch manager at Wells Fargo Apple Valley Main on Apple Valley Blvd. and Baer Valley Rd., both agreed that I had been treated unprofessionally however no one seems to be interested in giving me my money! The only contribution that staff member BILL makes to the success of his company is my $20.00. You are rude, incompetent, and useless!!!!!
