Every time did I go to this place is always the same issue, you have wait for long time and now they’re not even have employees working like what kind of manager you guys have? Honestly who ever is the manager should be replace or not given responsibility to people don’t know how to run a company or business

Horrible experience. Line is always long and bunch of people just walking around. There is a huge line and 2 people closes their lane leaving one teller open. Asked for a manager and apparently is unavailable ?

Really disappointed in our local branch. Was given false information and turned away. Was told other branches could not help us in anyway unless we made an appointment. Thank goodness we called the Hesperia Branch. We were seen right away, helped us with our banking needs immediately. Being short staffed at the AV location is no excuse for false information to be given. If we ever need to deal with a banker again, I’m sad to say it won’t be at the AV location anymore.

Our appointment with Dolores today was fantastic. She is very professional and extremely helpful! She was able to assist my father and I with setting up a business account; very detailed oriented and helpful. Thank you for the positive experience!

Nice bank but its always so congested in the parking area and when waiting for an ATM there is no shade or rain protection. Everyone has to wait in car and mad dash to the teller each time. Not safe or fair for everyone.

Got there today a couple minutes before 5pm when they close, I get cutting it close but if it's before 5 it shouldn't be locked... Guess they close early since the door got locked as we walked up and the worker was shaking his head no at us through the door within arms length of unlocking it for us. After reading these reviews I'm not surprised, seems like this location lacks customer service.

12 year customer. used to have a good experience.. don't know what was going on yesterday but they choose to not help customers when they very clearly can. I'll stick to hesperia roads location. they're always there to help. Victoria, i think was her name... starts with a V... not sure why her attitude is in charge. and Jessica was no help whatsoever. And this automatic reply telling me to email them also isn't a help. your workers have issuess.
