They did what needed to be done. The only issue is that they never called me telling me the car was done. I think I memorized every aisle in the store come to find out the car had been done for 45 min.

Came in today after buying tires online which were available the day after I ordered which was awesome and scheduled a tire installation for them since I popped one completely. Came a little after 1pm they were super busy it's lunch time but still tried to get my car in asap since I had an appointment. I had a bad rim on there and they switched it off for the rim on my spare tire (super nice of them) they did everything I asked for it done fast and I was out before 2:30pm. The guys were clear with me, did a great job, and I will come back again if I need to:)

What kind of people does Walmart hire. This is unprofessional work. I guess manager or supervisor weren’t around since no one noticed this. I guess you get what you pay for. Update: manager can’t be asked if this how they handle their work without thinking he’s being attacked manager in charge (Danny) Also asked why I brought my car in here after I said I’ve been to other places and it’s never been an issue. Excuses and trying to put this on the customer instead of apologizing for releasing a customers car back without checking if everything is ok. They charged for extra oil they had to put in and my car shows low??? This is ridiculous. I asked for my money back after they offered me a $20 gift card. And they wouldn’t do it. They offered to do another inspection for another hour most likely but can’t trust them anymore after they tried blaming me for their work. Manager has a very narcissistic tone to him. Calmly but throwing shade. Claimed to be an mba graduate from who cares where like we asked. Took it personal the rest of the time yet claimed to have moved on. He told another service manager (Sam)about us refusing the second check and the response was “yeah I don’t trust this car either” why take it in then? Could have saved me so much time and stress. Unprofessional, Unprofessional. Just a quick update just notice oil keeps leaking . Would be filing a lawsuit against this Walmart repair center

I've been going here for a while but one of the times they did not double check my oil filter cap, to make sure it was closed. I ended up leaking some oil so I went back and I spoke to the manager and they filled it up again and they even talked to the guy about triple checking making sure it's tight so cars do not leak oil. He was very professional and so understanding and I was very pleased.

These folks cross threaded my drain plug and didn't tell me. It took me going to a real oil change shop to have them inform me. Kinda of a scummy move.

If it takes 4 hours to complete an oil change then just stop doing oil changes. I've completed many oil changes professionally and in my driveway there is no excuse

They took care of me very well and he gave me the best deal he could and he was very pleasant to talk to the lady outside that checked me in can't remember her name was a very nice person and Friendly And I'm going back next week to get 2 more tires

Walmart auto center service was great. I went there for a battery test by the closing time and the technician was very nice and cool. He told me he will charge the battery for a little bit before closing the store. I was advised to come earlier the next day. I really appreciate the service. Thank you for the service.

Service performed on my vehicle was professional but I was left feeling awkward. Shop technicians weren’t friendly whatsoever at times almost robotic I felt and although the customer service skills were lacking, the was well done and I am pleased with results.

The employees despite being overworked are always friendly and helpful. The management is who I blame. They really need to hire a few more employees to take the stress off of the employees and to make it more convenient for the customers.
