Walgreens is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They kept me on hold for 25 minutes, then someone picks up and then hung up on me. I called again kept me on hold for 20 minutes. Then they answer and a man answers the phone and was so rude. Yes I told him about the long wait just to talk to someone. I told him Walgreens sucks and he said yes we suck welcome to the transfer. And he deleted my husband's prescription after I told him I will pay the $67.00 even though we never had to pay that much for prescriptions. My husband has Tri care and Medicare. Looking for a decent pharmacy. Nether had a problem with Rite aid but they closed the one near me. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Doesn't anwser phones for 15 plus minutes. When trying to transfer they do not double check they just say it's not in their system

I have been using Walgreens for 20 years and I think they're pretty great lately they'd make you stay on the phone too long though

The pharmacist lady started a phone call before I was done checking my orders, I couldn't tell if she was talking to me or the person on the phone, seemed rude to leave me hanging at the counter, put me in a bad mood.

I was very frustrated at home trying to complete a photo Christmas card order. I wasn’t sure if the employees could assist me but I gave it shot. They were all so nice and helpful! I will only do my cards there from now on!! A special shout out to Omar for his patience and assistance ??

The staff are always great. Honestly nice people.However, the problems come in when we look at the rate of play here. Its not really the staffs fault that they get swarmed by npc's at the worst times, just expect a 9 car line at the pharmacy if its more than 30 after opening or anytime to closing. Its more of a self centered people problem more than anything, however it doesn't change the fact that YOU WILL wait here.The entirety of Jess ranch during the day is starting to feel the stress of self centered people. Its a sad state when your local pharmacy ISN'T given the opportunity to be efficient, purely due to the attitude and mindset of the customers.If you see 12 cars in the checkout line, take the hint and give them a break. The reason there are 12 cars ahead of you: is because they didnt.Common sense and courtesy's from patrons play a HUGE role in the speed and efficiency of any location.Give your local employees some room to breathe and apply. Its a part that requires effort from all our fronts.Wish you well,Cheft.

Called on the phone and was told my prescription would be ready when I got here, arrived and was told to wait 20 minutes. I’m fine waiting in my home but don’t tell me something is ready or will be ready when it isn’t.

i called from a doctors office, they put me on hold immediately. i was on hold for well over 40 min. i was so upset that they just keep putting me on hold i was unable to call in the rx. i had to call the patient back and explain to them that they did not help me at all. this is the worst place ever. the patient said they have been going down hill and now i believe him. i would not bother with this wall greens. they obviously do not know what they are doing.

The staff was super friendly! They got my prescription in & let me know how long it would take to be ready so I went home, I made sure to put a text perferred so I got notified when my medication was ready and they were when I got their, just 1 was not but only due to my doctor not providing the correct information (witch they let me know). This is my second time going here for my prescriptions always satisfied! They are super busy so please be patient.
