July 6th 2024 9:30AM I walk into there to go to the pharmacy and it was closed I asked to use the bathroom and prior from this the employee christina was already in a bad mood I over heard her talking about her manager saying she had to babysit them and was taking her frustration out on me as a customer just asking to use the bathroom and was being extremely rude toward where I ended up leaving because of the way she was acting and I wasn't able to use the bathroom at all because she was saying the bathroom was for customers only and i told her I will buy something then and she still wouldn't let me use the bathroom and was being disrespectful toward me just because she was having a bad day being completely unprofessional and again it was a overweight employee named christiana

I went to pick up a prescription for my grandson I was the drive up 10 minutes till closing because they had just filled it 15 min. prior to. This was sent to them around 4:00 and I get it it gets busy,but when you see the shadow of a head of one of the pharmacy techs checking to see if there's a car behind the one their helping and it turns 9:00 how is it okay to close the window on me pull the shade as if I can't see you and act likevI was never there?. They suck and I'm glad I do not use Walgreens where is the customer service or at least the acknowledgement that they were closing even though I had been waiting during Pharmacy hours.

Honestly I don’t know how they never have my prescription ready, even if I had gone to the Dr 4 hours prior. Driving around town sick just to do errands to kill time to wait for it to be ready. 4 hours later and you still don’t have it ready saying it’s going to be another hour but if I come inside and sit to wait it will be a 20 minute wait? It’s ridiculous, seems like no one wants to get the medicines ready until the people are there to pick it up I’ve never been able to just pick up my medicine and leave it’s always a wait for something. Constantly waisting time or driving back the next day because I don’t have the time to wait. Y’all need to fix this.

Don't get prescriptions filled here. They will tell you 15 mins but 4 hours later.... I'm still waiting.

Legitimately need to get pharmacy overhaul done it's ridiculous you are told to a couple of hrs then have to come in and wait 15 minutes more is unreal it's extremely ridiculous to have to pick up medications

Sadly, my Rite-aid pharmacy across the street recently closed. I wanted to stay within 10 miles of home so I decided to try Walgreens. So far it has not been a happy move. OMG, the wait time in the drive-thru is completely insane. I thought at first I came on a bad day. I then realized that every day is a bad day. I was trying to organize the pickups of all my prescriptions at once to save time, but due to several out of stock items, I find myself running back and forth daily ? i can already see i will be spending many hours a week at this. I actually wrote this review while waiting in the drive-thru to help pass the time ⏰️ Going inside is not much better. The store smells like a overflowing septic tank half the time. ? ? I am thinking this may have been a bad move for me. The only reason i gave 2 stars is because the employees are friendly. Looks like I may be searching for a new pharmacy soon ?

Nothing but problems with this pharmacy. Prescriptions get lost or not in their system, constantly hung up on when try to call, and was treated like a drug addict trying to scam them by both the pharmacist and the store manager when I called because THEY did not give me my controlled medication in the drive thru pick up. The prescription was found by them the next day. Worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with

Store always has expired sodas and multiple other food items ?their bathrooms smell terrible and their cleaning supplies is dirty.. how do you “clean” stuff with dirty supplies?! Disgusting.. walgreens needs to do better ! ?NEVER GO HERE
