Darlene has been amazing. I am no longer in the High Desert but was so grateful she still covers my insurance needs. My new location has a high fire and flood risk, she was able to pull everything together so that escrow could close on time. I am very grateful to Darlene and Vineyard Insurance.

I cannot say enough amazing things about vineyard insurance but specifically Darlene Stevens. She continues to go above and beyond to make sure my family and I are taken care of. I am so thankful to the crew at Vineyards Insurance Services! Amber, Debra, and Darlene were a dynamite trio who I had the privilege to work with to ensure my condominium... and they did an extraordinary job for me.
Background:
I had two claims on the property within a 12-month period, that were used against me, even though the claims were because of my HOA. My insurance carrier chose to not renew my insurance policy. You can imagine my distress not having insurance and needing it for my condo. I called Debra, who I've known for over 20 years, and immediately her, Amber and Darlene went to work for me. Within a matter of days, everything was smoothed out and they had a policy in place for me.

Brittnee is absolutely amazing! So helpful ,very professional and patient.She doesn't make you feel uncomfortable when asking alot of questions. She always returns emails and phone calls in a timely manner. I honestly wish more people displayed this kind of attitude as the face of their company I ? recommend Vineyard.Thank you?

go to dont go keep driving dont stop at this place youll regret it BRITTNEY would NOT take my call! she returned my call 10 days later NOT multiple times - a lie! spectrum keeps a list of ALL incoming & outgoing calls only those ONE returned !!!!!' as far as returned calls with mercury 888 i called them EACH time! and re adjustor calls thats between adjuster and me not u! and for your info i TEXT him numerous x!!!!!!. just shows you how rude u are posting a name of a client and lying about making return calls and lying i dont make return calls. also she never followed up additional coverage i requested LAST year! AND ive been fighting cancer u idiot! which u know full well! ive bern in & out of hospitals not to mention all the numerous repairs needs here cause u delayed calling me back BRITTNEY! ive had numerous people in & out and u mercury knows that!!!!!!i was in er for 2 days - much over this - i had to file claim cause you DIDNT return my call til 19 days LATER! u need to find another job! dont use my name again - maybe that tour trying to payback a ( now past) client? shows what kind of person u are - so now ive put your name down - sad i had to stoop to your low! my atty is Spitz! thats all they wrote -
