Verizon representative Serigo, gave us excellent advice during our visit. He honestly sold me on the correct cell phone for me. I will differently return again, when I need help or another update.

Unfortunately this isn’t my first time getting ripped off by Victra. That’s what this place is, it’s not a Verizon store at all. They are considered an authorized retailer. So they will promise you the Sun, moon, and all the stars just to make a sale. I would never recommend anyone to go here. They will constantly go to the back room just to buy time. You start to feel like you are buying a car with how long they take. They say they are helping you get the best deal, adding all of these promotions and then give you a huge bill at the end. Yes they are very nice, but only because they want to make a sale. Run away from here. Go to the corporate store on hesperia rd.

I needed a new phone and went to my local Verizon Victra store. All of my needs and concerns were addressed. She also took the time to put my new phone in a case and applied the screen protector for me. I am dlighted with the care and professionalism she displayed. Sadly, I have fogotten her name so if there is a way for you to identify her, please do so.

The store is shady, adding services to your account without asking and trying to tell you you can't get a phone upgrade without also purchasing their bundle package. Very difficult to deal with. Better off going to an actual Verizon store, not this authorized retailer.
