This was my first time going to a dry cleaners ever and my experience was amazing the lady working there was extremely nice and helpful even though I didn't know the terminology for what I needed done. I will definitely be coming back in the future for whenever I need my clothes worked on!

Incredibly disappointed. Brought a wedding dress to get preserved, declined a dry clean. I just wanted the preservation. That would have been a great time to tell me that my wedding dress would turn yellow overtime without a proper cleaning, not after I paid for services and was picking up my dress. Informed the lady she should disclose information like that because had I known, I would have done the cleaning. I mean the whole point of a preservation is to.. preserve the dress?? She became rude with all her responses after that. Had she been kinder with her responses I would have just swallowed the money already spent and left my dress for the full service there. Now I will have to take it somewhere else to get redone purely off of an unwarranted attitude from an employee over a valid concern.
Save yourself the headache & go elsewhere.

Needed to dry clean my peacoat after my son spilled soda on it and I saw this place had good reviews and I can totally see why. I’ve had my coat since college and it looks amazing. The two ladies that helped me were super nice and sweet. When you move cities sometimes it’s hard to find your new go to places, and they are definitely my new go to cleaners.

The staff was nice and helpful, but when they returned my items they were still longer than what we discussed. When I asked them to fix the issue they refused and said I would have to be charged all over again for what didn’t get done the first time around. I wouldn’t recommend going here for poor customer service.

I picked up my daughters brand new wedding dress that I just took in to get pressed! A little odd that the guy hung it on the post but when I started looking at it he says, It’s ready for you to take (like hurry up and take it and get out) Took it home to look at it and my daughter to try it on. As we took the plastic off we immediately saw a black mark on the back of the dress ?. As we inspected it more, there was a black line on the front ?. Mind you, this was a brand new dress! I immediately called and the lady said “Those marks were on there when we received the dress” I told her, they absolutely weren’t as this is a brand new dress! She said her boss took pictures of them. I said then why wouldn’t your boss have called me to let me know there were marks! Any business would call if there was something wrong before they touched it. She had no answer for that. She proceeded to say we could bring it back and they would try to get them out. I told her #1, there is no time, we leave tomorrow for my daughter to get married and #2 I would NEVER bring ANYTHING else to this dry cleaners ever again! I do not like to leave negative reviews, but this business doesn’t deserve anything but negative! My daughters wedding dress is ruined and we are in tears. I honestly wish we could give them 0 stars!!!!!

Every since the owner Rachel stopped working at the Apple Valley location I've had to deal with some rude poorly dressed with disgusting attitude employee that does not know anything about proper customer service. She needs a severe attitude adjustment along with the refresher course on dress code policy and etiquette on how to present herself at work. The "ROLL OUT OF BED LOOK" is so Unbecoming especially working with the public. Unfortunately I will not do business with this cleaners company as long as that woman is working at the Apple Valley location I truly adore their owner but I can no longer deal with that employees nasty demeanor
