Don't drop off a package at my house because I'm at work, can't call to request the package because your lines are useless, can't go in to RETRIEVE my package because you're only open for FOUR HOURS which i spend at work, give me only 3 days to retrieve my package when most people work more than 3 days. Useless, utterly useless.

MY MAIL AND PACKAGES SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I DONT RECEIVE THEM TOO OFTEN. HAD MY MAIL HELD TWICE, BUT THEY DIDNT HOLD IT, AND SENT MY MAIL AND PACKAGES BACK TWICE. MANAGER SAYS, " I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO TELL YOU"...WOW!

We are not getting any of the mailed ads from grocery stores. It seems everyone in our area are not getting them either. Many of us are retired and shop the ads for the lowest prices since we are non a limited income. We are on Santee Rd but people on Shoshone and Seneca east of Rincon have the same problem. Is a fill-in carrier filling in for our regular carrier on Tuesdays?

What an amazing turnaround! New Postmaster has transformed the office and staff. They are now helpful and responsive. What a very pleasant surprise!There is still progress to be made with ensuring safe mail deliveries, though. (Maybe in troublesome areas, switch to urban delivery practices instead of rural?) Leaving mail at remote clusters of boxes only invites mail thieves.* in 2020:Zero stars. This Post Office is the worst I've ever experienced! (I'm ex-military and military brat, I've been a LOT of places!)Constantly "loses" packages, refuses to adhere to forwarding orders, never answer their phone, poor customer service, mismanaged beyond belief!

I go to use the self service kiosk and every time it’s closed and locked up when it’s supposed to be available until 7pm(they always do this around 5 so they are in the office and can see me but seem to want to inconvenience us by not allowing us to use the self serve kiosk since they lock up the drop off box). It’s very unfortunate because the post office is far from me and I can’t just go again to see when they finally want to open the drop off box. So annoying and frustrating. They saw me struggling from the office and pretend I’m not there. I just want the drop off box to be open! This has happened so many times before at 5pm. But when I go at 6 or even close to 7, it’s all of a sudden open. They seem petty because why lock it up at 5 to then open it an hour later?

New female mail carrier delivering mail on her cell phone discussing fighting and getting jumped? No wonder why my mail is continually not being delivered to my mailbox despite me putting my name on it for any carrier to see as they open the mail box door.

They locked my mailbox by accident and haven’t responded back to me about fixing the issue. The phone is never answered because they seem to be understaffed. The long lines are horrible, not just during the holidays. Sad that a federal building is ran so poorly.
