despite the negative reviews, the mailing process was quick, simple, and the employees were helpful they helped me with the questions i had!

They locked my mailbox by accident and haven’t responded back to me about fixing the issue. The phone is never answered because they seem to be understaffed. The long lines are horrible, not just during the holidays. Sad that a federal building is ran so poorly.

We have lived here in apple valley 11 years now and Have been very happy with our mail service. Our mail lady Peggy Taylor is the best mail carrier I have ever had. Always super friendly, prompt and professional. I can always count on getting my mail on time and delivered to my house. Thank you for your service USPS ?
