Please be careful in dealing with this bank, specifically this branch. They have a difficult time understanding banking rules and regulations. My advice would be to bank somewhere else.

I had several issues that needed to be addressed at US Bank in Apple Valley, CA - Jess Ranch. The issues were regarding establishing an account for a Trust. I was very lucky to be helped by Jessica Rodriguez - Client Relationship Consultant. She was very knowledgable, efficient, personable, patient, considerate, kind, willing to go the extra mile to help me, and the positive list goes on and on. I was very stressed out about the things I needed to accomplish. Jessica was my saving angel. She guided me through the maze of burocracy. Again, I am so lucky to have had Jessica to help me. Kudos to the bank. You selected a stellar person as an employee.

Looking for a working ATM on a Friday or Tuesday morning..... don't bother going to this location.

The new workers answers and managers are never willing to help. They are not friendly and seem to not know how to handle manners when we bring them in. They always pass me on to another us bank. They need more training and customer service skills. They are hardly open . This bank is right in a perfect location for the people around the areas who are also shopping but their service and lack of knowledge makes a person avoid that bank more than any. Please go back to the great customer service and willing to help your customers.

Worst bank in the high desert. ATM NEVER works. Can't ever make a deposit. Incompetent and useless bank. No point in using a bank that never works. Do not use this bank.

I don't like ever leaving bad reviews, but their ATM never works. For example, today, I was trying to make a deposit and the ATM does not accept cash.

I withdrew funds from my Edward Jones account and my account with Chase to do some investing with Crypto. I do all of my banking with US bank and have had an account for many years. I transferred the funds from Edward Jones and Chase to my US bank account. I went into the branch to send a wire transfer to my Crypto account, I noticed the next morning the wire wasn’t done, after many phone calls I was told corporate cancelled the transfer and was told by a teller to come back the next day and do it again, which I did. Again the wire wasn’t done, the wire department told me I had to deal with the branch, branch office told me they couldn’t help and to work with the wire department. I gave up and went to the branch and got a cashiers check, I was questioned on what I was going to do with the money. I wasn’t aware US bank could dictate how I spent my money, I left a message with Maggie for the branch manager to call me, of course she didn’t. This cost me an investment with daughter that paid $250,000. I will be closing my accounts as soon as everything clears. The only contact from US bank was from the teller Jessica.

This the absolute worst bank there is to deal with. I went in yesterday at 9:30 to send a wire transfer and more than 24 hours later they STILL had not done the wire. Save yourself the time and hassle and go to a little community bank. Never again will I bank with US Bank

I have been a customer of US Bank for over 14 years now. I've been through losing hundreds of dollars and head aches of constant broken down ATMs, but nothing compares to the disappoint of my most recent visit. I'm about to close escrow, and I needed to do a wire transfer to pay for closing costs. I went to the HWY 18 branch inside the Vons on 12/3/21, waited in line for well over 20 minutes, and when it finally came to my turn to be helped, I was told by the teller that I couldn't be helped and that I needed to make an appointment. I tried to explain to her that it was urgent that I get a wire transfer TODAY. She continued with " I don't have time, its too busy" to " I can't even do wire transfers, I don't have authorization" to "the manager can't help you because he's swamped" to " it takes over half an hour to complete a wire transfer and you only have until 2." Now keep in mind, this is approx 1:26 when she's telling us this, I guess hoping to get us to leave. I immediately said, OK well I'll pull my money out and with wide worried eyes, she asked to see my ID, but then continued to be unhelpful and suggested we visit another Branch that could help us instead, but she said probably not without an appointment. BTW, the was the VERY RUDE, waste of space, Blonde, Bank Teller, on the second to last station. Unfortunately I didn't get her name in my panic. We rushed across town to the Location on Bear Valley and Apple Valley road. After a much shorter line, which continued to almost the door before we left (making a point that it did get busy) the first thing I said to the teller was, I need a wire transfer, and her response was Absolutely, no problem. A wave of relief came over me, after the absolut hell I had just gone through thinking my 9 months of looking for a house and finding the perfect one was about to meet a disastrous end and I was going to lose my house due to the rude teller at the Vons location off Hwy 18. I told the very nice teller about what I had just experienced, and she asked who it was. I didn't have a name for her. She was very apologetic, and made sure that my wire transfer was more than taken care of. She was even able to get it processed and taken care of in minutes, even though they were quite busy, which was the excuse of the other teller not helping me. Its because of that helpful teller, and ONLY that teller that I'm not closing my account. I was literally planning on closing it asap, and getting a different bank. The only time that the HWY 18 location doesn't mind helping me is when I bring in deposits of a couple thousand dollars. The only reason I go to that location is because it is a lot closer to my current residence. Thank you so much helpful teller, at the Bear Valley/Apple Valley Rd location. You literally saved us and played a huge part in us being able to close our escrow and finally get our home. To the horrible banker at the HWY 18 location, I wish you nothing but a life of problems where nobody will help you.

This is the only drive thru US Bank somewhat close to my house and of course it’s also the only one closed on the inside... the drive thru is horrible. 90% of the time, the machine won’t take cash or any deposit for that matter and half the time the receipts get jammed, and the touch screen so messed up always, you have to press the screen so far away from your actual option and push hard for it to even register... fix it!!!

Tried to deposit cash into the atm, and the option was greyed out. Drove all the way to Hesperia, and guess what? That atm machine was also broke. Due to health reasons, I can't wear a mask at the moment. Going into a branch to deposit cash is not an option. So I guess US Bank is using covid-19 as an excuse not to fix their atms? Anyways, no worries... My account is now closed. Went with a credit union instead.

Tried to withdrawal money from my atm card and it said insufficient funds, yet I have a transaction number to a transaction that NEVER happened. They took the money I was trying to take out and wouldn't even let me get a print out statement from the atm. To my luck, this branch is closed!

Fix your ATM. Every week it’s always messed up. Can’t deposit cash. Buttons are always sticking. Then I have to drive to the Hesperia just to deposit cash. Fix your ATM.
