The lady that notarizes documents here sucks! Missed a few signatures and I still had to pay for her mistake. She couldn’t even waive the fee , that’s literally illegal ? this did happen a few weeks ago and I honestly should’ve filed a complaint.

Was kindly greeted by Brenda as soon as I walked in. She was very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. I came in to return a large item without original packaging and she provided the best solution at the best price.

Do not go this store. I have Amazon Free return with Amazon Prime with UPS store drop off. It said “UPS will pack, label, and ship your item for free” . But when I drop off my item, this UPS store charge $5 for print label and $1 for 6” long tape fee. Not sure why they do this.

José was absolutely horrible !!! Literally the worst customer service ever !!!! Super rude and not helpful even recommended we take our business to usps ! When we were trying to do business at ups but definitely wont be going back here !

I drive from Barstow to do business at this particular location. I've been here a few times to drop off Amazon returns and have experienced top-notch customer every time! I have done boxed/labeled returns as well as no box/no label returns. The returns are always processed quickly. The lady with blonde hair is always knowledgeable, efficient, smiling, and goes above and beyond with politeness. Thanks for providing great customer service!! It's appreciated and keeps me coming back.

Brenda went above and beyond. She did more then I could ever ask for and makes me love living here.
Another customer treated her with disrespect and she was gracious and kind anyway. She's a wonderful person and excellent employee!

Love this UPS Store they are always Friendly when we go in and have great prices to scan, fax or ship ect.??? They have many sizes to choose from for whatever package. They also have office supplies and packaging supplies ? so that definitely helped out when shipping. They also have greeting cards birthday cards ect if you need a quick card to add to your package?? They also have Engraved products from signs to name tags which is awesome. ?? Overall this UPS Is our go to and Definitely recommend to anyone in the area ??? Thankyou for Allowing us to Fax and Ship with yall. God Bless ??✝️?
