the customer service Associate REGGIE at the store is phenomenal, patient supportive and super kind, very well mannered and super helpful!!! HE LITERALLY WROTE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS FOR ME FROM MY PHONE BCZ LIKE A DORK, I FORGOT MY GLASSES! He helped me soo fast I was unprepared for the quick service lol. there were a crowd of folks that flooded in right after me & he didnt break a sweat, he didnt rush me NOTHING! HE IS WHAT YOU CALL EXCELLENCE IN ALL AREAS OF HIS POSITION! UPS STORE PLEASE GIVE REGGIE & HIS TEAM BONUSES OR RAISE INCREASE FOR SURE. THEY R THE EMPLOYREES THAT R NEEDED ACROSS THE WORLD I PROMISE! folks today are rude, impatient & are mad when a customer comes in and they have to work đ round of applause for this young man! PERIOD

About 3 weeks ago I shipped a package through ups valued about $8000 worth in it to my grandpa in Georgia the ups lady made my label and gave me a receipt I paid for over night which was an extra $150 and some how the package never made it the store manager that helped me rose knew the content of the package insured me that they would look into where the package went. After about a week all she said was to wait for an investigation to be done, the only problem is the app shows it never left the store when I call the police department they said wait for the investigation. Donât go to this Apple valley rd location constantly a huge line and they are 0 help Iâm at the point that Iâm convinced that the manager stole the package because it never left the store and wouldnât let me watch any video recording of the day, the investigation through ups is pending, so they wonât help me. The moral of the point is donât go there they donât know whatâs their doing and their very very shady. I had no idea I wasnât able to send money that way, as my grandpa is 90 needed it right away. Hence as to why I paid for overnight shipping. He doesnât have Zelle, cashapp etc. I asked the owner if I can send the money as I had all my chase stuff her words âweâre not suppose to ship thisâ but she shipped it anyways. She actually told me not to send it in an envelope and instead letâs do in it a box. So the business owner 100% knew what they were doing was illegal & was the only one who knew there was money in there.

The UPS Store off Highway 18 in Apple Valley is my favorite place to return packages. The store is clean, well stocked with useful supplies, and the signage clearly explain services and prices. The staff is always friendly and competent even when the store is busy and the lines are long. I go early in the day and appreciate easy parking and fast service.

The staff is fine but this place is giving scammer. Why are you charging patrons $5 to print a shipping label. At a shipping store! Do not go here for any of your shipping needs. You can go to staples across the street! They have better customer service, I paid .60¢ for the slip that had to go in the box ONLY, and they take UPS, USPS, and Amazon! In a time with unchecked capitalism, be wise where you do business! I wouldnât recommend you do business with someone whoâs willing to exploit guests in such a blatant way.

They have business hours & I have no idea why. No one is ever here during those hours. A few people, including myself have walked up to see that they arenât open. itâs 8:15am & the employee is bearly walking out of his car . The Whoever franchises this or manages this location needs to do better.

Maddie was very patient and very very helpful with my return to Amazon. She took her time and did it for me . She showed me how to do my return since I had staples as a return store. I felt as a very valuable customer. She had a great smile and great patience.Thank you UPS in Apple ValleyThank you Maddie for your help. ??

I would give no stars if I could. Thursday Aug. 31st I called the store to get information about a live scan service for fingerprints. The automated message said the service is available mon-Fri until 4pm. It said to stay on the line if you had further questions so a waited to ask about fees and double check I didnât need an appointment. It rang at least 20xs then someone picked up and immediately hung up. I decided to just go there so Friday, I live almost 30 minutes from the store so I arrived about 2:10, there was a bright orange note on the door that said sorry notary not available Fridays. I checked for any signs regarding live scans because there was at least 10 people in line and I didnât want to wait if the service was not available. I finally got to the front and the girl told me they were short staffed so they stopped doing them for today but I could come back tomorrow! I was livid because âwhy no signâ and wasted time! I left and called the Victorville location and explained the situation. She assured me regardless of how busy they were the service would be available til 3:30. Because of traffic and the time wasted at the other location plus standing in another extremely long line it was 3:25 when it was finally my turn. The girl was so friendly and helpful and I apologized for coming so close to deadline but she assured me there wasnât an issue and helped me get my service completed. She also said she didnât think the other location was supposed to refuse the service. I decided to email the store in case their employees are doing things they arenât supposed to. Well, today I got a response that said sorry for the miss understanding because of staffing issues (or something along those lines) we are doing the live scans from such and such time to 1:00pm and from 3-4pm and we have a sign on the door. Which was a flat out lie! They may have a sign now but they didnât yesterday because, again I thoroughly checked. Also if that was the case why was I told they were done for the day and to come back tomorrow and not between 3-4!? Also when she told me to come back âtomorrowâ if they arenât doing the scans between 1-3 why wasnât I told? What if I had returned today between 1-3? Would I have been turned away again! Donât waste your time going here. I will definitely be checking to make sure the same owners arenât for the Victorville location because even though they did amazing, I will not give my business to people who lie and donât take customer service seriously.

Do not go to this UPS store, I put 4 stars because this store stole my moms bags. I was with my mom the day she was shipping her packages and the boxes were open. So the women at the front desk saw what was in the boxes and the packages never made it out to be delivered and these were expensive bags. I would not recommend bringing your packages here! They are not safe and when my mom went to ask about what happened to the packages, they treated her like an annoyance. Patronize at your own risk!

Amazing store and service! If you follow the ups and Amazon rules that are posted online and handed directly to you on their apps, it is a very easy and fast experience to return packages.
