They PUSH THEIR NEW PRODUCTS, even when I told her I came in for a specific product, she still kept on pushing, and didn't help me with what I needed. She walked over to the new customer who just walked in and gave her the same speech regarding the new product. Funny, the lady repeated the same line I told her.

I came in this evening 7/11 around 6pm & young lady with copper hair & green eyes was there to greet me. She asked if I needed help & she made a great suggestions for me. I appreciate her customer service with a smile. But not just her . There was several ladies on the floor all asking if I needed help. The cashier serviced me with a great big smile. I was impressed. Thank you all for your great customer service ?

I tried calling the store to check if a product was available and no one answered. I pressed two to be answered and the selection was invalid. I pressed 1 to try to get a hold of someone and no one answered. Bummer!

I went looking for shampoo and conditioner and I didn't know what to get because they have soooo many different choices but one of the girls that work there helped me not only to get what was good for my hair but also what was good for my budget plus a little gift ? Happy customer right here ??

They are not charging the advertised price. Make sure you check your receipt. They overcharged me.

I tend to go here every few months for refills but my daughter wanted to switch stuff up. After one person couldn't color match she introduced us to Bre . Bre is a young lady who was funny , easy to talk to, and took extra time to help my picky daughter find exactly what she wanted. Definitely recommend her if you need help!

When I entered this store I was immediately impressed with the aesthetic beauty of this store. I breathed in the delightful scents and delicious displays as I strolled along.I was unaware of the magical experience that awaited me. I have been wanting to purchase my favorite fragrance by Chanel Coco mademoiselle For three years. Today I was able to indulge and make it mine I’m happy to say!I was in the area of the fragrances and a beautiful young lady appeared, and I asked her “Miss can you help me?” She turned all the attention toward me, and with her open beautiful face said “Yes, of course how can I help you?” I had no doubt at that point she would do everything in her power to help me. This beautiful associates name was Alina. She allowed me to share my whole story about wanting this fragrance for so long, and she related with me so deeply about it, and about the beauty of fragrance, and its effect on our lives.Alina is an exceptional human being and trust me if I’m reporting this, there are many, many, many others that you don’t hear from. She introduced me to the Coco mademoiselle intense, and I was overwhelmed and so grateful she did as I love it even more than the original. Today I treated myself, and I felt like i was the most important person to her. I will always remember Alina, she shared her knowledge, expertise and her delightful soul with me. Alina is the type of associate who determines where I shop, more than product prices. She’s rare and I want to ensure she’s recognized, thank you for your time and attentionJamie Tortolini

I was fortunate to encounter a beautiful/powerful associate while enjoying the "pleasurable experience of Ulta". I was greeted by Lacey and explained I struggled with lip liners that bleed. She immediately escorted me to lip liners designed to resist smearing. She was not only informative, professional and fun,,,her attention remained focused on me and as we parted she said, "Please let me know if there's anything else I can assist you with". Went in to get my makeup done by a woman named Jasmine and walked into the store before my appointment time however, I was late to the appointment because I spoke to another employee explaining to her what I was there for and who I was looking for and she said Jasmine was busy with another client and asked me to wait for her to be done. I said okay and started looking around the store. I took a seat in their little waiting area at the exact time my appointment was supposed to start thinking she was still busy with her client. 15 minutes go by and Jasmine comes around the corner with a rude attitude of how I was 15 minutes late and if I had been 20 minutes late the appointment would've been canceled. I explained to her why I was late and she said that she had been waiting for me so it was my fault. While doing my make up I explained to her I don't wear makeup so when my eyes get poked and prodded with makeup tools they tear up and while doing my eye makeup she said very loudly that I need to let her know when I'm about to cry so she can stop. While in the middle of my makeup appointment a Mexican song came over the radio in the store (me being the only Mexican in that area) she said that no one wants to hear this kind of music playing and they need to get that type of music out here. Ultimately the makeup she did was great but I'd highly recommend she gets training in customer service or find a job with little to no customer service. Same goes for her coworker who was making snarky laughs the entire time Jasmine was doing my makeup. Highly recommend anyone but Jasmine for customer service. I gave 2 stars cuz the lady who cashed me out was polite and kind.
