Phone wasn’t charging and a charger wouldn’t work. Brought it in and explained it to Alfredo and he cleaned it fast and now it’s working! Super friendly as well

Kimberly was very easy to work with and had the job finished well in advance of her estimated time. If only all the other tech and service people I deal with were as good as she is! My wife is VERY happy to have her phone back all well again.

The technician was polite and made sure to explain things so I would understand. The technician also gave me options on what things could get done and made sure that it was taken care of quickly. This is my second time using this store and I would highly recommend anyone to use there services.

Literally waisted my time, and gas 2 different occasions.
Their website and and asurioun (my insurance) said they were open on Sunday they were not! I cam back today on Wednesday day at 4:50 to a sign on the door saying they were at lunch til 5:45 , 5:45 comes around the lady inside said " you know that's not getting fixed today " like what she says it take a couple hours. So another wasted couple hours out my day for nothing . Just cancel my appointment and buy a new phone .

5 star fixed my iPhone 13 Pro Max explained everything to me and got my phone fixed the same day highly recommend good prices doesn’t overcharge will take my devices if ever needed to here again.

Came in after Verizon gave me the run around regarding my charger port. Kim helped me out, she got my phone cleaned out right in front of me. Didn’t know there was any build up in there, but she got it all out. Thanks Kim!

I was super frustrated with Berizon and was told I needed a new phone. Kim fixed my phone in 5 seconds she cleaned the dirt out of my charging port KIM ROCKS love this place

Alfredo was very nice, knowledgeable, and honest. The phone was fixed very quickly for a lot lower of a price than other places, and the phone works great now, no issues!
