I’ve been going to John and Jenny for YEARS and they have a new member April who is amazing at what she does! The best trio for Nails/Pedicures hands down.Always loved my sets coming out and will never go anywhere else as long as Loft Nails are open ❤️ Always professional and respectful,and they know how to give good laughs and energy ? When we walked in for our same day appointment we were greeted and seated right away. The gentleman brought us some water and then they helped us settle in and showed us how to use the chair massager. They took their time and made sure that we were comfortable and enjoying our pedicure treatment every step of the way. Great customer service, no complaints. Wonderful job ladies, we will be back.

Well, first of all, I was greeted with a genuine professional greeting. Next, I am pleased that they explained their procedure and services in detail. When I asked a question, I did NOT get a response that made me feel like I was bothering them. I got my answer with a smile. My cuticles were not cut and I did not leave with soar nails. Will for sure be back. Oh! A they are reasonably priced too!

My fiancé and i went in for pedicures. The two women were amazing friendly sweet and did amazing work!!! Thank you, it was a great first experience!

I highly recommend The Loft Nails. Today I had my finger nails done with a clear dip gel technique. I then chose a cat eye color and I’m very pleased with the look. I also had a pedicure and I received the best care and advice for toenails. I was told to keep toenails short to avoid overgrown toe nail issues, such as, nail discomfort in shoes which may then lead to nail lifting and potential toenail fungus. My toe nails were cut in a way to AVOID any potential fungus issues. I received the best advice to always keep my toe nails cut to keep the nails from having any lifted sides where water may collect and potentially create fungus problems. Many people suffer from fungus in their toe nails and I hope they will learn what I did today from these very caring people. If you have concerns about your nails, then this is the place for you. I appreciate the genuine advice I received today. Please visit this excellent nail salon.

Went here last week. Showed the man what I wanted and John made it even better. Great friendly service. Great atmosphere. It does take a little longer but it is worth it. Will definitely be back.

I stumbled into this place one day when I was unable to get a fill at another. It's a small salon tucked in behind 7-11. When John filled my nail, he informed me that I had a fungus growing at the tip of my nail. He cut it all out and informed me that they cure fungus nails all the time. A lot of men come in to have the fungas eradicated from their feet. Most place will send you out the door with that. I returned at a later date to get a full set. John is super fast and he only does dip nails. I've never done dip, and I'm so glad I found him! My nails are beautiful now! They have grown out and are 100% all mine. They look natural and I always get compliments on them. No more fake looking nails! April and Jenny do pedicures and they are super sweet and great to chat with. Jenny is super fast and April gives an incredible massage! 3 people, small business, and exceptional customer service. Bring cash. If you forget, there is an ATM inside.
