Every time I make a purchase where I receive a promotional gift card, l've been charged for the price of the gift card. I went back and checked my bank statements after learning about this issue from family and friends and sure enough it's been happening to me as well. For instance if the promotion is to buy 3 household items and receive a $10 gift card, I will also be charged the $10for the gift card so essentially I bought a $10gift card non consensually rather than benefiting from a promotional deal. This is very problematic and because of this I have cautioned many friends and family against ordering online and/or utilizing Target pickup/ drive up. Very disappointing and feels like a scam.

An older man named Josh who was working the self check out was extremely rude for no reason. He needs to be trained properly. Very disappointing experience.

This target is so unorganized I waited in line in the pouring rain for the new Stanley x Starbucks cup since 5am and they said I needed to have an ID to buy a cup!!! This isn't alcohol ! And I didn't have mine so I had to get out of line and lose my spot all for me to come back later with ID in hand waiting 10 spots behind where I was at and not only that everyone's moving inside and they tell me if you don't have a ticket you can't get a cup when the person I was in front of had a ticket meaning I would've had one if they didn't say I needed an ID and not only that I called corporate and they told me there is NOT A POLICY needing an ID TO BUY A STANLEY ! I later on talked to Steven the manager who was very rude he basically said there's nothing I can do you don't have a ticket ur not getting a cup which is so unfair . Me and everyone behind me were waiting in line in the rain for absolutely nothing they didn't even tell us they didn't have anymore they just kept us waiting there in the rain I also talked to Felicia who was also very rude and basically said the same thing as Steven. It's not fair at all and they really should handle their store more professionally and organized cmon they look like they're 45 years old both of them and they can't seem to handle their store right ? People were running everywhere the floors were wet so unorganized very disappointed . Service was horrible

I had recently participated in a toy drive for underprivileged children and/or young adults in our local communities. I sponsored 8 young adults between the ages of 17-20. Some of the gift ideas were mostly gift cards so here I am at Target to see what are available. Wall of gift cards has lots of options from sit down restaurants to fast food restaurants to shopping to movie theaters to Google Play to Play Station to Target and more. Please note there are NO Amazon gift cards available. Why would there be, right? That's okay. I ended up getting these gift cards... 4 $25 Target, 3 $25 AMC, 1 $25 Play Station, 9 $10 Subway, and 8 $10 Starbucks. Subway comes in 1 pack with 3 $10 so I got 3 packs. Starbucks come in 1 pack with 4 $10 so I got 2 packs. Total came out to be $370.00 which averages out to be $45 per young adult (I gave the extra $10 Subway to my daughter). Hope the shopping/movie and food/drink treat brings the young adults some good cheer this holiday season. Check-out was easy. Staff was friendly. Btw, Target no longer has the red gift envelopes for their gift cards. Thank you Target for your Gift Cards wall! Grateful for the massive options.
