Went in having a great day. And left with a bad one. Left a review on target from the receipt and haven't heard back so now I'm posting here. Devyn and Tori for 1 shouldn't being working together if they are sisters. 2 the supervisor Ramnya shouldn't be a supervisor if she doesn't know how to handle her employees. 3 Makayla the asset team member that acts like security needs to get all info before attacking someone like a little chihuahua. Defending the two sisters actions not knowing the whole story. After the whole incident I asked for a full refund on everything purchased because I could spend my money else where. And then suddenly they wanted to make things right and actually walk with me so I could show them the sign where I got my items. Devyn and Tori denied walking over with me and demanded I go walk on my own and take a photo of where I got my items that they were not going to go with me. Which makes no sense because if the price/ tag is wrong wouldn't you want to pull it? Me asking for Devyn to come so I could show led to Makayla walking up behind me trying to escort me out of target when I was nothing but polite to all of them. I was there with my son and my mother for crying out loud. So embarrassing never had that happen to me before. Even a bystander gave me her phone number as witness because she was also so baffled by the whole situation. After I said I wanted my refund Makayla said I could go and seek it else where that they weren't going to help me. Then the supervisor just looked at her not saying a word to me and told her help her and walked away. So Makayla walked over saw what I was talking about then said "oh" tells them that I was right on the walkie and walks away. No apology whatsoever! And then to make it right the supervisor hands me a $5 gift card? That's just a slap in the face. I asked for a refund on everything I didn't care about what the sign said anymore after being disrespected. Then you can't call your workers over to apologize? But mention to me that they always have issues with those two girls because they are sisters? Like if you know they are sisters and you are having problems with them it's time to let them go! Or transfer one of them. And to top it off while walking out Devyn says F**k You to my mom. Very unnecessary. Will never shop at this target and possibly any this experience was terrible. Your better off going to Walmart with this customer service. All because I asked her to walk over to the area I grabbed the clothes from. And to be specific the toddler section had 30% off winter clothing. Tag sign specifically said fleeces and what not and they were proven wrong and no apology for making a scene and trying to kick me out the store for no reason. Makayla said it was cause I was "throwing my hands up" I talk with my hands so maybe on camera it looked bad but my movements were literally me telling her to come to the clothing section with me so I could show her. And she denied. And then I shrugged asking why because I was confused. And devyn said because I can go over there and take a photo and then show her. If I thought it would be a problem I would have took a photo but it was in a large shelf with the sign above. I get that there were people waiting but you were helping me. I was waiting in line too. All I can say is LAZY. This Target needs better management and better trained employees.

So easy and fast guest service fixed my issue. Something APPLE VALLEY ON BEAR VALLEY COULD NOT DO. Just want to thank Crystal for helping me and my husband making the return smooth and less stressful super easy.

I would never come to this target again. Several times that I have came I have been negatively impacted by privileged individuals. One of whom was a customer and two of whom where employees. Often when I come and check out at self check out near Starbucks, an African American elderly lady literally stands by me and my children (EVERYTIME) while I'm checking out but will allow all the white and Mexican folks to checkout in peace. I am not a thief and I've spent soooo much money in this store that I could pay for her salary. It just sucks because I am black too but I'm a way lighter shade than her but because my husband is a darker complexion and my children skin color ranges from light to dark that we are being stereotyped. Keep in mind, I've never been approached by security or anything. Some of the cashiers even adore me. The second incident occurred when I tried to return diapers from my target baby registry. I didn't have the boxes but the bags were unopened. When I approached customer service and saw the two YOUNG and IMMATURE looking and acting associates, I knew there was going to be a problem. I explained that these diapers are on my target registry (meaning they are traceable) and I do not want my money back, I just need to get more diapers that my baby can fit. They both looked at me with VERY HIGH SUSPICION and called a manager. The manager "KARA" or "SARA" (I don't fully remember her name) but she looks middle eastern with a darker skin tone proceeded to tell me that she can't prove that I purchased the diapers from target. I said, they are up and up brand diapers. These diapers are only sold at target. Then she kept cutting me off mid-speech by shaking her head and saying no. I tried to explain that these diapers are on my registry and she proceeded to cut me off in the same manner previously stated. Long story short, I went to the target on bear valley and I did not have an issue what so ever because most importantly, the diapers were traceable. I will NEVER spend another dime in this store. I would typically go out of my way and drive further to come here, yet I should have listened to my husband the first time when he said this particular target store employees and even the customers stereotypes which is strange because it is in the worst of areas. I just liked it because it was newer and felt fresher. Never again! No!!!! You know when your being judged, and this was one of those moments. I was embarrassed and felt like I was being treated like a child on numerous occasions.

Never ever answers the phone!! The customer service is bad for the phone they have you calling for hours and they never answer anyway

The lines are always insane! Who is the GM this store has really gone to crap. Walmart is looking better. Hesperia Target is never this bad. Seriously hire more folks open more lanes. Ridiculous

First time coming to this Target location. A pit stop on our way home from Nevada. Thank you to Natalia working the drive up. I bought shoes for a gift and when she brought my order out they were not in a shoe box just in the bag. She noticed the wrapping paper and gift bow and asked if I was gifting them, once I told her yes she offered to go back in the store and find me the proper shoe box for them. That was so nice of her and above and beyond. Great experience.

I do a lot of my grocery shopping at this Target. The store is nice and clean with wide isles and the staff are pleasant and helpful. The checkers are very friendly and efficient and give you their undivided attention. When they ask how you are doing I feel like they really care. The store is well organized so it's easy to find the items you're looking for. If you can't find something just ask. They are more than willing to help you.

Customer service as this store is absurd. 27 lanes andI've never seen more than three open. The self- checkout gets packed too, as the incompetent desert-denizens crowd it and can't figure out how to use the shit. Right now I'm staring at an idiot woman who's been at the terminal for twenty minutes. The employees just stand around with their thumbs up their asses.I fucking HATE this store. The other one in AV is far better!

I was looking to purchase a Nintendo Switch and Mario Kart. When my wife kindly asked for assistance, a female employee helping out a fellow employee in the gaming area obtain a video game flippantly radioed for another associate to assist us walking away stating something along the lines of "all these customers, asking questions all day" while walking away... She is blessed. Anyhow, I am not one to complain but I was so upset with this comment and I have no idea really why, other than it could have been kept to herself... I get it, totally. Placing myself in her shoes, it must be exhausting dealing with thousands of questions all day. However, opening her big mouth and stating something disgraceful within ear shot in front of customers is a total (****) move in my opinion and I believe it is not in line with Targets customer service policy. I would imagine... I will get over it lol let me continue though:When the associate arrived, I explained I was very upset about it, she apologize for the girl in question, I asked to speak to a manager, the manager was polite, kind, courteous understanding, courteous enough to offer me a 10% percent discount on the switch and game but at that point I felt like I do not even wish to shop here anymore lol... I will still give this Target a 5 star, for cleanliness, professionalism in handling my petty grievance against a disgruntled employee... If it was not for Targets serious 5 Star reputation and because my auntie is High up there in their chain of command in Los Angeles. I would have given them a 1 star and stopped shopping there lol but I love Target I mean who doesn't? This round I took my business elsewhere and purchased the Nintendo online from Best Buy...I forgive your bad apple and bless you with this epic review. Cheers to Target of Apple Valley! Ooh and special kudos to the online pick up folks they are always fantastic and enthusiastic! I will probably stick to ordering from the app and picking up lol no longer walking in to ask questions around there lol

I needed to use the ladies room and Target came to the rescue. Thank you Target!Of course, as I was in the store, I said what do I need to buy since I'm there. I thought of white out or correction tape and motor oil for my upcoming road trip this summer. I also swung by the board games area to checkout Wavelength and Tetris. I ended up not buying anything after all.Store was really clean. However, merchandise inventory was low in certain aisles. There was a really nice gentleman who directed me to the motor oil. He walked me over to the exact aisle. Thank you sir for the extra attention! That's the way to provide excellent customer service.
