Beautiful location, if somewhat remote. It lends to the amazing views and peaceful feeling. The staff and the facility were very accommodating and attentive. My first experience of this kind so with nothing to compare it to I gave 4 stars.

My grandmother was just laid to rest here along side my grandfather in August. For every family times like these are very difficult but I would like to thank Justin and Viri for making this process easier for us. They were a very big help to my grieving mother, they always communicated with her through out the wake, burial and ceremony and made sure everything ran smooth for our family of almost 200 people. Everything was perfect and beautiful, our family appreciates all your help! Highly recommend

I highly recommend Sunset hills, they went out of their way to accommodate our 200+ family and friends that went to our mother's services., from the viewing to the grave site to the reception. Everything came out beautiful. Special thanks to Justin and Viri for their attention to details at the viewing ,helping with the grave site ceremony and David and Erica for their help as well. It was a very hot day and a large gathering, they moved everything smoothly, they were patient and kind to everyone. Thank you all.

Beautiful place. My dad recently passed away and the staff were very helpful. Every single interaction felt unique. I’m sure there are multiple arrangements being made for other families, but when I spoke with Justin and Stephanie, it felt like their attention was 100% focused on what we needed which is amazing! Justin helped with reviewing the packages and gave suggestions on catering and options which really helped a lot.
DJ and Veronica helped during the service and gave me all the information and logistics on how the day will go which was helpful.
Overall, it was amazing working with all the staff members. I would highly recommend visiting.

Ricky Keen reached out to me as soon as we notified Sunset Hills about the passing of my father. He went above and beyond to help me with the paperwork, what we would need and who we should contact. Thank you Ricky.

The staff that helped make the arrangements, but when my daughter died, they took full advantage of me. They never sat down with me to tell me anything they offered as far as help with the service and video. Or the celebration after. I waited a month so I could have it on a Saturday. Everyone was coming, several from out of state, and they called 2 nights before her day to raise the price of $4,000. I could take it or leave it. When I complained to the chains head office, they took off under 2 grand, and the employees at sunset hills took their upset horribly. They conducted a few seriously horrible things, they gave in direction, they racked on her niche discount to her celebration part and charged me more than promised. They kept changing her name on the memorial site to make her name misspelled, and when I got the head office of the chain to get it fixed, they waited a couple weeks and did it again!!! Making it impossible for my daughter's memorial to be found by people who live her and wouldn't think to search for her with that spelling.
They found out I was mad about it and sent documents with the misspelling.
The attendants there were sweet. But the office staff were horrible - they PROMISE all over their website that they'd refund part or all of it. They DO NOT TELL THE TRUTH AT SUBSET HILLS. At my weakest moment in my entire life, these employees were bending backwards to hurt me because 2 nights before her service, they suddenly raised the price and refused to help me with her celebration of life from start to finish when they knew they had all the services I could hope for... I had to do the entire event myself and hope someone knew how to operate the video and pray it was formatted for them
Those employees are still there waiting for the next victim they can ruin emotionally and mentally, and they take revenge seriously

Out of every cemetery ,final resting place, or graveyard I've ever been to this one was by far the most secluded, out of the way, in the middle of nowhere, and isolated. Which may be okay for some people, but definitely not for myself .I wouldn't choose to be buried there and I would not refer anyone I know to be buried there, even though some maybe okay with it.

Its a beautiful mortuary with amazing views, a pond, ample parking, an outdoor area with plenty of tables.
They also do weddings here, probably for the views and ample space.

Beautiful Cemetery and funeral
Facility. There for services of a family friend.
Toilets: Well kept
Picnic area: Large area fir outdoor receptions.
Nice covered area.

This is a place where funerals rest in peace and it looks very good even if we don't like it but let's go and if it's okay
