Great hospital, they really show they care about your health by providing excellent care.

Waited for essentially 3-4 hours for the doctor to say oh it's just a boxers fracture. Didn't even prescribe pills or a wrist brace witch i needed badly

Not sure if it is just understaffing, or unqualified medical "professionals but I would recommend if you can go anywhere else for your medical care you should. Was in the waiting room for multiple hours which is usually for an emergency room, but when multiple patients are complaining about not receiving adequate care it is really saying something about the facility. Sorry excuse for a hospital

I would just like to say to all nurses and staff I appreciate your hard work! Your support for caring for thousands of patients is a remarkable one. From sleepless nights to on call emergency is the most selfless act anyone could do. Today’s experience I was cared for effectively. Thank you to the Chapel - Patrick for asking me if I needed anything, you did not have to ask but you seen the concern on my face and for that I am grateful for today’s experience. To All Staff your sacrifices do not go unnoticed

WORST EMERGENCY ROOM I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE! They leave there terribly sick patients waiting in the waiting room or hall way with everyone else. They will put an IV in your arm and send you back to the hall way. The waiting room and hallway will pack up so bad you will basically be sitting on each other's laps. They do not know how to handle children pr pregnant women at all. I went in there with severe pains while pregnant and had my husband on the phone. The doctor said he wouldn't talked me as long as my husband was on the phone and would refuse me services if I didn't hang up. Then they left me in a hallway packed with seriously sick people after giving me my IV. They did the same thing when I brought my 1 month old in. This hospital is very unsanitary and smells horrible all time! STAY AWAY ITS NOT WORTH IT!

I was nervous to come here because I had never been to an ER before. I came here a couple days ago for extremely bad pain on my side. Everyone I encountered was extremely sweet and caring. Yes the wait time is long but they have a lot of people. I was there for about 4 hours but the student doctor kept checking up on me and seeing how I was doing. There were 2/3 guards at the door at all times so I never felt unsafe either. Before I was even discharged they sent my prescription so when I got discharged by medicine was ready a very short time later. Thank you ?

5 hours after we got here, wondering why it's taking so long oh yea it's still st Mary's just with a different name on the building. Drive down the hill; why not drive to Barstow. You'll be better off going to arrowhead or loma linda and especially kaiser. Thought they were bad but I was wrong; St Mary's takes the cake. DO NOT GO HERE! I REPEATE DO! NOT! GO! HERE!

Wonderful hospital. Emergency room is on point. Great nurses and doctor. All you losers writing bad reviews are the same clowns that go to the emergency room because you have a boo boo on your finger or you caught a case of the sniffles. Everyone in California is so damn soft it’s insane. Emergency room is for emergencies not so you can be coddled when you have the sniffles.

I'm sorry, but I thought this was a hospital. When someone comes to the Emergency Room, it's because they are no longer able to take the pain. I've asked 3 nurses if I could have something for the pain , and they have an attitude or another one just simply says hope you feel better which is nice but it's not going to take the pain away. If I wanted to suffer, I would have just stayed home. I'm sorry everyone seems to be overworked, but that's not my fault. I honestly can not believe people are getting this kind of treatment here. I do know for sure ?% I will NEVER come here again. I rather take my chances staying home or driving far from here! Probably just wasting my time saying how I feel

This is by far the worst place to go in case of an emergency. I took my 2 year old with an semi amputated finger tip and they turned me away told me they can’t anything to help me and that the finger was gone and that I should just amputate it completely at the tip. That it was just the tip not a big deal!!! I was furious, they didn’t take an X-ray didn’t even try just opened the bandage and completely gave up. Said all we can do it stitch both sides hoping it would stick. Lack of love for people or even their jobs. I walked out of there so upset and lost for words of the people that worked there. I drove down the hill to Kaiser emergency where they took one looked at it and said we can save this finger and did!!!

I took my 4 month old baby with a high fever after 3 hours they only sent me home with the miracle of each doctor “Tylenol” or ibuprofen. But my baby still had a fever so our 30-year-old pediatrician saw him and within 5 minutes asked if they had done a UTI test, which they never did. And finally that day the test was done, it was positive and they sent me antibiotics. IT IS SAD THAT SOME DOCTORS TODAY THINK MORE ABOUT MONEY THAN ABOUT THEIR JOB OF SAVING LIVES

I had to bring my granddaughter into the ER, and the staff was so amazing, and to be honest, I was surprised with the security officers. Their professionalism was on point, and they were. so friendly and polite and amazingly did a great job, and the ER staff did a great job. They have a very stressful job, and it's just amazing how they still make sure to take care of you. .
