Refrigerator Service Requested and Appointment made.. Technician Never showed up! Never called for any requested repair info, and the tech nor the office ever called to even Apologize. This is obviously some sort of Scam! After setting the appointment (with a 4hr window), I couldn't ever get another human on the phone.. an online digital chat bot only provides pre-typed questions it'll answer, and never provided me any way to resolve my orginal repair. They (humans and digital chats were constantly trying to upsell their other services. A total waste

Everyone says that it was someone else who should do repairs.My doors are not level and gap between doors also off. Bought from sears but it is.a Frigidaire. Someone should get it fix.

Three different techs over six months. I had to order the parts on my own and for the time and cost I will never use Sears again. I will also tell folks never to use Sears. We are done, leave me alone and I look forward to reading about your future, and probably soon to be announce, bankruptcy.Service: Washer/dryer repair

Fridge compressor died. Attempted to schedule an appointment t only to be rescheduled. When that time came no sighting and no word. Called customer service. Got the runaround but an assurance that dispatch request has been "escalated" and that a supervisor would call me within the hour. NO CALL. Called again this morning, got the exact same runaround. They claim they cannot contact dispatch directly. Assured would get a call within the hour. Surprise NO CALL. Looking at other reviews appears this is not uncommon. Kenmore used to be a highly reliable and valuable brand. No more since they farmed out their manufacturing to LG. Compressor caps out at 3 yrs. Claims says they are covered for 10. Looking at other reviews waiting for them to say it isn't and try and extort more money out of us. Waiting for the other show to drop. UPDATE: finally got someone out after 4 calls, demands to speak with a supervisor, etc. Ironically, almost as if he could see the future, he said it won't be covered by warranty of lines pierced. Low and behold guess what, he claims they were....despite the fridge never being moved since installed 3 yrs ago by sears. Now the bill is $1200. I call b******** It's a scam to avoid warranty service since sears now contracts out their service.

Any time in the last five years the techs have been great. However now after calling and calling and calling, we can't get anyone to come out and fix our washing machine. And now after closing out our first request for who knows why, we finally get a supposed appt. after15 days before anyone will even come to see whats up. just trying to get a hold of anyone is awful and frustrating. No call back no email nothing. So 59 bucks a month for two years I could just buy a new washer. I'm so done with this service.

They have a great service but !Be specific about what kind of appliance you need serviced . We expected to have a repair and not just a consultation . Fyi it was an LG appliance they don't service

Very unhappy and would never call them for service again. When we set up the appointment over the phone we provided the model and serial number of the fridge as the ice maker had stopped working. We were ASSURED that that the technician would have parts on the truck to fix the problem the same day. Well he didn't have any parts but they charged us $99 for that visit, when he provided the estimate to actually fix the ice maker it was OUTRAGEOUS, an additional $450 on top of the $99! Labor was over $300! All you have to do is unplug the electrical connection and loosen 2 screws to remove it and then reverse the same process to install it. I sent him in his way and ordered the parts locally for a little over $100. Fixed it myself! So $99 for NOTHING and then a ridiculous quote to have them return. They should be ashamed of themselves charging $300 for 3 minutes work. Stay away folks or us a local honest guy, NOT SEARS!
