This was our first time there and I’m just blown away with how amazing and honest they were! Rita was fantastic on the phone in working with me, since my son had to bring our beloved dog in. She she really went above and beyond to accommodate the situation! Kai was seen very quickly for being a walk in and I was pleasantly surprised to learn his glands were only full & not infected! Our prior vet charged us an ungodly amount for the same thing about 6 months ago! Huge thank you from someone who has had a really tough year with Whipple surgery & septic shock, being on disability that has racked up a lot of debt. I just went back to work last week, so it’s going to be a long road to catch up financially. You truly have saved the day! The integrity & honesty of your clinic, Rita and Dr are appreciated immensely! We will now be seeing you for all of our dog’s care! Thank you again!

I took my dog River in today to be euthanized and they were incredible. I would recommend them to anyone. They will be my vet now for my 2 puppies. Thank you Barbara for your kind sweet spirit, I truly appreciate it.

I originally started bringing my dog to this vet because the cost of care was more affordable and it didn’t seem to cause a decrease in quality of care. However, several recent experiences have brought me to consider going to a different vet. First, I brought my dog in for an exam and the vet did not actually touch my dog, just looked at him and was in the room less than 5 minutes. Talks really fast and hurried. That’s not an exam. Second, I was charged for vaccinations my dog did not receive. Instead of refunding me they put it as a credit on my account. The most recent visit my dog was there for over 5 hours, when I picked him up I was given medications for him and there was no mention of needing an e-collar. Only upon looking at my invoice again when I got home did I see that I was charged for one but was not given one and that the clip and clean was “declined”, which I didn’t decline. If it was removed for not being necessary then the invoice should reflect that accuracy and the customer should be informed of changes. I also added on a nail trim and while they trimmed his nails they did not file them to be smooth so it feels like a job half done and they are extremely sharp. Sure I can do it but it’s the principle, I paid for a nail trim. Prior to payment and especially if invoices are going to be changed and things added on, they need to print out the invoice and review it to make sure it is correct before requiring you to pay. That is the proper and honest business move. So I call, they say I can come back and pick it up the next day when they open at 7:30am, I arrive at 7:40am, doors are unlocked but the security bars are still pulled and the girl tells me, “10 more minutes.” I tell her I’m there to pick up the e-collar I wasn’t given yesterday and I called and was told I could pick it up at 7:30. She says “okay 10 minutes.” I doubled down, as I arranged to pick this up before work. She’s the same girl who took my payment the day before. I say I need a large, a girl brings me an extra large. I stated again I need a large per the invoice. Communication among front office staff and techs about services seems to lack a bit here and frankly I don’t appreciate my time being treated so indispensably I’ll take my dog somewhere else from now on.
A positive note I will add is I believe there is a vet tech there named Mackenzie. She is very patient, sweet, and kind.

Please beware of this office. This vet took an xray and blood work on my dog, who was having seizures, vomiting, drooling, ear twitching and head shaking. We were told he need a CT scan by the Emergency Vet on Sunday and was given this office's information as they are the only ones who have a CT scan. On Monday this vet said he probably had a blockage in his bowels and didn't need a CT scan. We were told everything came back normal except he had high white blood cells. We asked if they checked his ears, they hadn't, so the vet did and said there was nothing wrong with his ears. We took our dog home and he started shaking his head again and we could hear liquid, we checked his ear and it was full of pus and blood. After going back to our regular vet today, at Bear Valley Animal Hospital, our dog has a severe inner ear infection and is now 6 different medication to heal the infection. This office will not take any accountability for dropping the ball on miss diagnosing our dog. They won't speak with you on the phone, they make you go back into the office to speak to a manager or doctor. Barbara the front desk lady was rude and was throwing papers and pens around her desk when I asked for my dogs records to take back to our regular vet. Which they do not give to you directly, they will only email the records to another office.

Added info; was contacted by Dr. Choi and offered half refund. Only needed new appropriate meds. Was told to come next day to get liquid meds. Went and did not have new meds in stock. Asked for refund of previously unusable meds. Denied by front desk gals. I asked for refund for half of $700 that Dr Choi had offered. They promptly went to back and returned agreed to refund meds that I asked for. Then told I needed to get the new prescription filled wherever I could find it. I told them that now I'm being inconvenienced further without guarantee I would be able to find. I indicated I would post another review about this days unacceptable service. Shortly after leaving I received call from Adam-tech indicating that they would order and call me when ready to pick up. After 2 calls back I have not heard back from Adam and it's now Friday. I will be reporting to CA Vet board first thing Monday.
The worst vet EVER!! First i waited 2 hours after my appointment time, dogs were coming in unleashed including a bull mastiff that the woman could barely control. Upon finally seeing the vet all he seemed focused on was that he was so much cheaper than others. Totally unsolicited and unnecessary. Very unprofessional, spent 5 min and handed my cat off to assistant. Oh and twice a dog wondered into exam room which I brought to his attention and he said its ok because it was his dog. UNACCEPTABLE. By the time I picked up my cat she was so traumatized she tore holes in carrier netting after the assistant said the carrier broke. I've NEVER had any other vet office break my carrier. Then the meds were in pill form that I was supposed to cut in half for one med and quarters for the other. What a mess. I received a bottle of meds with a syringe which did not fit the medicine bottle that had dropper in it. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL run office. I was unable to give any meds to my already traumatized cat who continued to throw up everywhere. I should have received proper meds in liquid form etc.... I will be requesting refunds for all meds and report this vet. Oh and this is all after i spent over $700. NEVER, NEVER TAKE YOUR PETS HERE.

My over 15 yr old chihuahua was on her way to heaven and I had to have them assist so she didn't suffer. The staff was very kind and understanding. They were comforting during our time there. Prices were less compared with 4 other vet places. Facility was very clean.
I'm switching to them for all of our animals.
