If you are a proud African American do not shop here. I am disgusted by the way I was treated when I came into this store. I’m a 6’1 180lbs black guy. Lets start with that. The minute i walked into the store I watched the cashier reach for her radio (I knew what it meant). I minded my business. My reason for being in the store was to get something from my wife’s car. I left with her keys, went to do what I needed and came back to return my wife’s keys. The second time I walked back in the store, the same lady immediately reached for her radio and proceeded to follow me around the store. I’m simply bringing my wife back her keys. By the time I get to my wife I noticed there are 4 other workers watching me as if I’m about to steal. I give my wife her keys and leave. Note to staff: WOULD YOU TREAT ME THIS WAY IF YOU KNEW I WAS A VETERAN THATS ACTUALLY FOUGHT FOR THE COUNTRY THAT YOU’VE CHOSEN TO STILL POLLUTE WITH RACISM AND BLATANT DISRESPECT IN 2024? RACIALLY PROFILING A SALES ASSOCIATE’S HUSBAND FOR SIMPLY BEING BLACK IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND EMBARRASSING TO MY WIFE. NOT EVERY BLACK PERSON IS A THIEF. YOU ALL DISGUST ME. -US Army Veteran BLACK GUY!

Great selections but the bathroom was disgusting! Needs more attention 1000%. There was blood all over the trash can, floor, etc! Very unsanitary/hazardous! Trash looked like it hasnt been cleaned in a week.. as far as the clothing selection goes there was quite a bit of everything! Good prices :)

Boy! Every Ross got hit hard during the holidays, first time at this location shelves and racks pretty empty but managed to find 3 Super Mario Nintendo Switch wired controllers a Japanese anime collectible and a Super Mario Nintendo Switch hard deluxe travel case. Nice!!
