Home Depot Apple Valley CA. This place needs to be overhauled. Customer service is pathetic. I only have a one star because I'm unable to put zero stars. When try to get an associates attention for help, they quickly walk away like your not there. It's better to search online to determine where the merchandise is located in the store. The associates will start a conversation with another associate while you're checking out at the register. No hello or hi, they are there to just push you through the line and go about their day. They need to be reduce in staff.

Sadly, I have to give it a two, because although when we go in most people seem very helpful every single time without fail when we call for information, it will ring for five minutes one time up to eight minutes and nobody answers. Or then it answers and keeps us on hold forever, and no one wants to go the extra mile to help unless we have the exact information that makes it easy for them to find

The delivery they didn't take shrink wrap off they didn't unwrap the shelf's installed. The first deliver said they couldn't install the refrigerator needed a shut off there was 3 shut off valve under the sink. So called plumber and he put in shut off valve.I called said I had the valve installed and to delver my refrigerator they said no I needed to take out the copper water line and replace it called the plumber and he replaced.So called delivery they bought out refrigerator said it was not going to fit I said take off the doors.They said if it didn't work it was like my problem.

I went to Home Depot 12218 Apple Valley Road in Apple Valley on 4/28/2024. I was very fortunate to get some excellent customer service. The employee, Lowell, took the time to help me select the right Moen shower lever handle replacement. He was patient, kind, and knowledgeable. Also, as soon as I left he didn't run off, but he asked another customer nearby if he needed some help. This level of customer service support was so gratifying to see in a retail store. Thank you for the assistance and I would definitely recommend this Home Depot location.

I want to thank Roxanne customer service, for making this customers life easy. We had an online order that was quite complicated for us, but not for her to handle. I truly am grateful to be a customer of Apple Valley Home Depot. It's nice as a contractor to walk through the door, ask for help and actually receive it. I also want to add that the selection was spot on we came in thinking there was only gonna be so many, but Roxanne had an associate go look, and we actually got what we needed from the store saving us from having to drive all over to different locations. There is value in any product that you can get at one location. This trip was worth the money and our time.

As a contractor always short on time I was waiting for some concrete block for about 20 min and an associate Heather just getting back from lunch saw me waiting and took initiative to see why and immediately said let me help , and got me going within 5 min , impressively jumped on forklift and took care of business. Shout out to Heather who made my day.

I had them installed my sliding patio door, I paid a lot of money for it, when first big storm came, there was water coming in from the bottom of the sliding door. Evidently they didn't sealed it correctly.Then refused to fix the problem.

I wish I could leave a better comment but I'm just upset that Home Depot ruined my brother's experience buying a gift card for my wife and I for Christmas. My wife and I went to use the card on 12/26/22 at the San Bernardino Hospitality store and there was a zero balance. My brother had bought us a $200 value gift card. My wife and I were embarrassed. Instead of making a scene after trying 3 times at the self checkout we instead used my HD card to purchase our items at the set checkout. I called my brother about what had happened. My brother went to the Apple Valley store where he purchased it. The staff said they were going to investigate it but haven't got back to him. According to the Apple Valley store the gift card was used at a Victorville 2 days after my brother bought the gift card on 12/16/22. Today my brother went back to the Apple Valley store. but was not able to talk to management or loss prevention. The associate he was talking to today told him that it happens to honest paying customers every year. It's just a shame that issues like are not handled more seriously. My brother is out $200 and my wife and I where forced to pay $177 for our purchase. Home Depot made $377 and does not care for their customers.

Rude when you want to return an item. They say easy Returns. B.S!!! I got stuck with an item they would not return. GO TO LOWES, Nice people at Lowes!!!

I've had 2/2 delivery issues with Home depot. If you are ordering large items or appliances beware. Theyll use sketchy final delivery companies such as NSD and IF you are lucky enough to see the guy deliver to your neighbors house you will have the pleasure of hauling your product home yourself. use better shippers HD. Other than that... I like em more than Lowes.

I needed 4 blank doors, 5 gallons of Behr paint and a gallon of Kilz. I followed the overhead sign to doors. Though she seemed busy, I was greeted and helped by Jeannett Aldatz. She ordered everything I needed on her workstation computer, to be picked up Saturday. AND I was able to pay right there after ordering. Thank you Apple Valley Home Depot and Jeannett Aldatz.

Good Home Depot store. I prefer lowes over Home Depot for most things but they carry Ryobi tools unlike Lowes so that's why we visit here often. Also the sheds are more favorable her than at lowes for the same brand and size.

Went to the Apple valley location twice within a week for the same thing but no help. Needed a peace of bead board asked the girl at the desk to call someone supposed we did first day waited a half hour and walked out second day we finally got her to do something(Had to call the store from inside the store) but she acted like we were entirely inconveniencing her. Next we go to the cutting area wait 20 mins no one so I call again from inside the store I get an Oh someone will be there but no one ever shows I call again and tell the person Id like to invite the store manager to wait with us in the cutting area. Finally a young black guy with an afro and a grey "Ron Mead Jr Construction" sweatshirt comes up and asks what we need help with I keep pointing to the board I guess he cant see so I shake it on the cart and he says "Are you ok dude?" I explained weve been waiting for this and to get it cut he smiles and starts giggling saying "Saw's broken" I call one last time and finally talk to a manager she does do much but come up with excuses for the wait time and false apologies. Go to Lowes across the street they understand customer service.
