“Stood at the Victorville location for 30 mins, and still had 9 people in front of me, as I left, the line was maybe 8 people behind me and growing, so I went to the Spring valley location, and BOOM!! literally 5 mins I was done and gone. As soon as I walked in, the young lady who was with a customer turned and asked how she could help.. wonderful experience compared to so many disappointments with the lack of staffing.. Thank you, Spring Valley Lake poat office... you ROCK..”
“Easy to drop off packages. The Victorville Post Office is way worse! The Victorville PO has a female employee in the back where the packages are sorted and she is super rude. Go to the Hesperia instead, even with the low score.”

I wanted to extend a heartfelt thank you for addressing the community's needs and resolving the issue with our mailboxes.(mail Parcel) It had been quite a struggle to receive packages and some were even returned due to the lack of a proper mail delivery system.
It feels wonderful to finally have our mail delivered directly to our doors. Your prompt action and support are truly appreciated by everyone on the block.

“We are not getting any of the mailed ads from grocery stores. It seems everyone in our area are not getting them either. Many of us are retired and shop the ads for the lowest prices since we are non a limited income. We are on Santee Rd but people on Shoshone and Seneca east of Rincon have the same problem. Is a fill-in carrier filling in for our regular carrier on Tuesdays?”
