This office has caused so many issues in my life, and I wish I would have read the reviews before coming here. Absolutely unprofessional and Will not help you, only makes issues worse.

Been waiting for him to approve my sons MRI for two months now. Per hospital, all they’re waiting for is for “Dr” Darshan Patel to answer the phone and verbally approve the procedure but he hasn’t bothered to return any of their numerous voicemails or messages. Absolutely pathetic.

Please keep on looking for other doctor's because this place is horrible! Take it from me and all the other people that have given bad reviews! This is not the place to go! You will struggle so much with everything medical related. Visits, clearances, documents, messages, return calls and so on!!. They have a fit if you decline vaccines. Specifically Dr. Bhairavi Patel. I'm trying to save you time and patience! Do a different search on another Doctor please. 0 stars from me if I could do it!

I wish I could give this pregnant lady chasing doctor zero stars. My wife had our son at St Marys and the next day, Dr Patel if you can even call him doctor come to her room and said he was the designated pediatrician for the hospital and gave us his card. He set an appointment then and there to bring our son in the following Thursday a week after he was born. We took him and everything was good at the beginning. But once we got into the room one of his assistants came and took our sons vitals. She measured him and she had him 3 inches smaller than what they said when he was born. The doctor then came in and asked why his weight was lower than what he weighed at his birth. I then told him that the assistant had him shorter also than what they told us. And he said it was human error. My wife then asked him why the baby wasn't waking up to feed and how after he ate he sounded out of breath, and he said it was all normal. Every question she had his response was that it was normal. He them asked what we were feeding him and told him we were giving him similac infant formula. He then told us that we should use other ones in case Wic wouldn't give us that assuming that because we were Hispanic we would automatically qualify for it. We don't qualify for it we've tried. We told him that we tried to give him some powdered formula and he threw it up so we went back to the pre-made one. He then told us that we better not let him get picky with the formula because we had to go based off of what wic would give us. He then said he wanted to see the baby next week and said to bring him in Wednesday at 1:30 he ended the appointment and walked out of the office. While we were gathering all his stuff and dressing him his assistant stood at the door and watched us the whole time, I felt like she was rushing us out. They then gave us the appointment card which come to find out was blank. But she confirmed the appointment for the following Wednesday at 130 pm. My wide recieved a voice-mail Sunday afternoon saying that our appointment was now Monday at 130. How are they changing appointments without the patients approval?? We went in today which was our original appointment date at 130 Pm. And the girl at the front told my wife that the system showed that our appointment was on Monday. Again how do they change appointments without the patients approval. We decided to wait for a bit and in the 20 minutes we were there 3 patients complained about having to wait over am hour to be seen. 2 of the 3 walked out. Another woman came in saying her appointments was at 130 and they told her that the system showed that the appointment was for tomorrow not today. We promptly got our kid and left. Like the holocaust never again, this dude will never see my kid again

My experience here was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with any doctor, every other bad review I’ve read on here sounds similar to my experience. His demeanor was horrible he was incredibly sassy for a grown man, and awkward he made my family very uncomfortable. He is incredibly arrogant and dismissive and acts like a man child. You could just see it in his facial expressions and attitude that he felt like he was better and smarter than others, when really he gave No enlightenment instead he just scolded us the entire time. My fiancé and I took our 3 year old son here due to concerns of possible autism and adhd and literally every question we asked in seek of guidance he tried to make us feel like bad parents instead of being helpful and informative. He made me feel like my concerns and questions weren’t valid and didn’t deserve real answers. He belittled us and would stare at me sideways with silence after every question I asked and when he would talk he would stop mid sentence as if he was done talking and stare at me for a response…just awkward silence…. It was so confusing and awkward I literally had to stare back at and say” okay…. And ? Go on….” because he wouldn’t even finish making a point before he would stop talking . And then he brought up something about anesthesia and I asked him why my son would need anesthesia and he said “ I didn’t say anesthesia I said mri” even my fiancé heard it. One more thing, my son was being very active and hyper(one of the reasons we came for help) so dr Patel told us to leave him be and let him do his thing so he can observe and my son started bumping dr Patel and dr Patel literally said” do that again and I’m going to SPANK you!” That was it for us . Darshan Patel is a very strange individual and I would say he should see a neurologist himself no joke. When I told my sons primary dr if he could refer us to a different neurologist he was shocked to hear that his front desk ladies sent us there he apologized for it and said” we don’t deal with dr Patel” so obviously I’m not the only one with a terrible experience and he’s terrible enough that even my sons pediatrician doesn’t like referring his patients there. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Unless you want to deal with a 3 hour wait, rude receptionists, and the worst dr. you’ll ever come across.

Very unpleasant visit. I wouldn’t even rate it 1 star. Just to schedule an appt they called me at 4 different times only to push back my appt an hr the day before. Even though, they do not have many patients in the waiting room they take forever to take you to the back. Once you’re in the back you wait longer to see the doctor. I had to leave the exam room to remind them I hadn’t been seen by Dr. Bhairavi Patel only for her to be sitting down in the office. As soon as I said I hadn’t been seen she went to the back to see me. She was very rude and had an attitude. If you have an appt expect to be seen 2-3 hrs after your appt time only to not even be helped. Definitely not going back & I recommend you choose a different providers office. We need better health care providers.

Dr.Bhairavi is so unprofessional and very rude, I've only visited her twice, and both times they had forgotten about me, the first visit I waited 3.5 hours to see her. Just before closing time she opened the door to the room I had been waiting in, and she said "we thought that you left ", I told her that I had been sitting here in this room waiting for hours, no apology was ever made to me , I was so angry. The second time I was there, they forgot about me again, waiting over 2 hours until I asked the front desk, am I going to she the doctor or not, we'll apparently she was upset that I was disappointed with their actions, that she didn't want to help me with any service. This office is horrible and very much unprofessional, they don't even have the professional curiosity to apologize for there mistakes. NEVER go there. So disgusted with her.

This place is a joke, there yelling at a worker in the back room as there way behind in the front room.the drs are unprofessional and they waste your time there patients time are valuable and this is the second time I had to leave cause they couldn’t make my appointment time crazy.don’t go here, never,complete waste of time ?

I don't like that we don't have the option of giving zero stars because I wouldn't even give them one. Dr. Patel is arrogant, ignorant, rude, dismissive, biased and narrow-minded. His office is unorganized & unreliable. Dr Darshan Patel cancels appointments and also doesn't show up for telehealth appointments. Our first appointment was with my 15-year-old daughter who went for tremors in her hands. He looked at her clothing and said that she needs counseling because she is suffering from gender issues. He kept us in the office for 2 hours talking about how my daughter was having identity issues and needed to see a counselor. He diagnosed her tremors on the spot without doing any tests and then simultaneously dismissed them as anxiety. Several weeks later she had several procedures that he ordered, including two procedures done in his office. However, the medical records we're never sent to her primary care doctor. I called multiple times and they assured me they would send them, but they never did. Now Patel's office suggests that I drive 90 miles round trip and pay $25 for her records. I called the insurance carrier and was told they cannot charge for that routine medical records since they are related to her receiving needed medical services. They can only charge max $20 for specific forms related to disability, physical fitness, etc. I put in a complaint regarding their inadequate services. Shame on Dr. Darshan Patel. He's collecting a lot money but providing mediocre services and obviously getting away with it.

Great Doctor .I have been going to him for months now and he is one of the Best Doctors I’ve ever seen. He listens to my every word and all my worries then he lets me know my treatment on what my concerns are. Every time I go to see him if something changes (which it does often) he always listens and has a plan.Everyone in the office is kind, courteous and helpful. Very pleasant in every way.I highly recommend him.If the wait is long, it’s because he’s that GOOD…Keep smiling

Disgusting doctor not even trying to discuss my nephew’s symptoms or answer my sister’s concerns all because he asked him if he plays Fortnite and he answered yes and therefore nothing is wrong with him ? I am livid. This doctor has so many bad reviews I see that our family is not the only one!!!!!!!!!

Very unprofessional service from Dr. Patel. My little brother went to him and the doctor raised his voice at him and would not give him any medical information. My brother asking for medical advice seemed to only upset this doctor more. He accused my brother of Doctor hopping because my brother is a new patient. He told my brother that his medical issues are his fault that he has them. I don’t know one person who asks for childhood seizures. A formal complaint will be filed.

The manners of this Dr. is disgusting. You really need to find a new profession. I am in awe that you work with children. You should be ashamed of how you treat young patients. Do not go here !! Find ANY other Dr. in the area. My next complaint will be to the medical board.
