Dr.Craig Mueller has been my Dr. for approximately 8 years. He is a wonderful man/person, and an absolutely amazing Doctor. The problem that has been going on for a while is his office help!!! I will specific, today!!! I had an appointment at 3:30pm. I only live 2.1 miles away. I was walking out my door & down 18 inch high concrete stairs, wearing a long dress & I tripped. I got all scratched up, tore my dress & had to shower off. I really did try & make my appointment in time, my fiancee Eric even called to say I would be a couple mins. late. I have a 15 min. grace period for tardiness.I was 8 mins. LATE! EVELYN(The Office Help) was not in the office.I checked in with someone else.I was speaking to medicine reps. when 15 mins. later EVELYN told me, "You can't be seen today!" Because, you where 25 minutes late!" I replied, Eric called & I was 8 minutes late due to a fall! She told me, it doesn't matter that you fell! You were late! I have had 2 failed back surgeries, use a back brace & walker & service dog. She was so rude, I couldn't believe my ears!!!! Sorry, I am changing Dr's. Anyhow, Dr. Craig Mueller is retiring in June 2022! He really is a great Dr. But his staff? You decide.....

I just had my first visit with Dr. Mueller. What a great experience! He was knowledgeable and really took the time to explain things to me. I have to say it was one of the best doctor visits I've had. His staff was sweet and helpful. I would highly recommend Dr. Mueller to my family and friends.

I love Dr Muller he's been my Dr for 3 years now . I wouldn't go anywhere else . I never have seen him yell like the post I read before this, and if he did it's because he cares and wants you to follow his orders for good health . Great Dr .

I get extreme anxiety going to doctors, worried I'll forget to tell him something. But he was so kind and even though he is busy made time to listen and truly care... I can actually say I found a great Doctor ♡

I have been a patient of Dr. Mueller now for about 13 years. My mangled care HMO wouldn't approve me to go to a dermatologist, so I just went to one anyway, and explained my situation to him. I wish I could remember his name; but, alas, I cannot--he didn't charge me a penny, because he hated what HMOs were doing to medicine .He looked at the infection, and I saw a slow anger build in him. He referred me to an infectious disease guy (Dr. Kundarji) who eventually got me hospitalized for intravenous drip antibiotics. It was Dr. Kundarji who referred me to Dr. Mueller. The care hjas been excellent since then.In 2014, with implementation of the Affordable Care Act, I became a Medi-Cal patient. I cannot say that the quality of care went down. Although in those first several months did mean much longer stints in the outer office, and I must say that often Dr. Mueller was in more of a rush, I believe he handled it ALL as best as any normal M.D. could have done.In 2014, I was at Dr. Mueller's office with another staph infection, in my leg again (unlike many other diseases "Staph" is one that, once you've had it, you're more likely to get it again), and this was horrid. It was MRSA--Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus), a form of staph that is largely resistant to ALL forms of antibiotics. This is a life-threatening disease. If it gets into your bloodstream, you're gone.He immediately asked me if I wanted to do have a PICC line. I said "No." Because I thought that meant hospitalization, given my previous experience with staph. I had already been taking antibiotics for the infection, but they were at non-therapeutic level for MRSA. Although they helped some, actually, they only helped to strengthen the antibiotic resistance of my infection. Dr. Mueller doubled the strength of them. But it was too late for oral treatments anymore. So on my next visit, I asked him what the PICC line stuff was all about.I could stay at home and administer the treatments to myself, through the "line." There was nothing "simple" about this thing. I stayed in a motel, in Lancaster to get to an early morning job interview, on time. I contracted scabies that night. I now recall having a wool blanket (scabies love natural, fuzzy fibers) over me, and waking in the middle of the night feeling like I was being stuck by needles in the "belly" region, and casting off that WOOL blanket. I'm slightly allergic to wool. The point is that the scabies, while unaffected by the MRSA, spread that MRSA all over my body. I won't go into all the details of that particularly miserous part of my life, except to say that pretty much ALL I can recall about 2014 was that it was the YEAR of MRSA and scabies. It was also the year I got Medi-Cal. Dr.'s offices everywhere were overwhelmed with patients. As for the people who say that Dr. Mueller "yelled" at them or their loved ones, that's B.S. I got "yelled" at by Dr. Mueller too. That consisted of a slightly louder voice, still very MUCH in control, from a man who is soft-spoken, anyway.I came in for an appointment, when Dr. Mueller was about to go on vacation. I'm a BIG man. 6' 2"; and, at that time, about 340 lbs. I told his staff people that I WAS going to see him if I had to break down the door.My right leg, and knee, were so swollen, I feared if I had to wait two weeks, that I might not have a lower-right leg anymore. So I was insistetn, in a mean way. . He agreed to see me. When I saw him, he didn't raise his voice at all. He kind of smirked at me and told me that he believed I knew I could never do that again. I confirmed that.During the year of MRSA and scabies, I witnessed more than a few patients yelling, even screaming at him in the most derisive and abusive tones I'd ever heard. He was an absolute pinnacle of restraint. I cannot recommend this gentleman more highly. Is there a possibility of miscommunication? Tell me anyplace w

Dr Muller and his staff are all professionals working with all types of conditions in the high desert. Understanding knowledgeable and actually quite cool. The Doctor has done the medical work for myself and my brother for years and we are very satisfied with his performance. I just wish I could visit more often for our conditions. Dr. has more bookings than the Rolling Stones on tour. Thank you to all at Family Practice Associates.

Dr Muller is rude and yells at my mother who is 58, she has been hit by a car and has bad pain throughout her body, she has MRI's to prove her pain! He doesn't let her speak about anything, he screams her to lay down and won't help her get up, she cries whenever she leaves his office! He changes her medicines depending on his mood that day! She can't move sometime because her dose is to low! He is an Ass! What kind of doctor is he!

Craig mueller was my family doctor for 17 years as well as my mother. My mother suffered from epileptic seizures and had a prolapse rectum and instead of helping her and making her go through with the surgeries she needed to help fix the rectum, he just kept up on her refills. Two years ago she passed away a week after seeing Craig for complaints of chest pain and about a year and a half after she passed away, Craig divorce me and my husband and daughter and everyone in the address to my home in fear of regards to my mothers death. My last visit with him he told me he discussed my case with his wife and they agreed that it would be for the best if Craig divorced me and my family. He wished me the best of luck and suggested I went to church to help with grief an to find a new doctor. After feeling completely betrayed I did just so and I found a new doctor and went through all the test again because his office did not send over my files for five months after. That's when I discovered he misdiagnosed me and was only there to try to pump me full of depression medication which I refused.I attempted to get my mother's medical records which I know she signed consent for me to review her records I was there with her when she did and his medical staff claims that the form was nowhere in her files therefore I am not allowed to pick him up without a court order.I filed a grievance on Craig mueller and I truly hope he gets investigated and they discover the truth behind him and I hope the other families he's destroyed finds peace as well.

I went to the hesperia office and had probably one of the best dr expirences I've has since I moved from WI 8 years ago. The staff was really friendly. I was a new patient and it only took 8 days to get an appointment from calling to switch primary care doctors. I arrived and within 10 min of finishing the paperwork which only took 15 minutes I was taken back to do vitals and the med. Assistant who took them listened and was very very nice. After going into the room I waited less than 15 minutes before the doctor came in. Dr. Wu was great. He listened to my concerns, when I asked about possible things that could be an issue he quickly put me at ease and ordered the lab work I needed and was very personable. He was probably the most entertaining doctor I have ever met. They gave me a prescription and had it sent literally right next door. I spent more time with the doctor then I did waiting which is saying a lot. I felt listened to and actually as if I was the focus of the medical care. I left the office and went next door to the pharmacy and within 10 minutes I walked out with my perscriptions. My appointment was at 5pm, I arrived at 445 to do paperwork and by 615 I was driving home with meds. The most expedited and pleasant expirence in medical care in the HD.

Don't walk away from this place. RUN! If I could give this place a zero start review, I would. My mother who has been battling cancer for 8 years and is having a very hard time getting out the house, comes here. God only knows why. I came today with her as I'm visiting from Boston. Little did I know that you regularly have to wait 2 hours average to get into your appt. Wtf? Apparently, that's normal. And on top of you waiting every time you have an appt, it takes 3 months to get into this place because they are so overbooked. It's obviously about volume. On top of the horrific wait, you get to listen to the girls behind the desk talk to each other like they are in high school (beyond unprofessional). They are so preoccupied with themselves that they don't even tell you there is a wait, no apology, no asking if you want to wait. And they are condescending, at least the main girl. She doesn't seem like she gives a crap about the patients. It's a fake smile and honestly no care when she talks to people. Don't "fake nice" because you aren't good at it. Also, my mother has tried making appointments when they first open in the morning. She came at 9am and didn't get in until 1130am. How the EFF do you get behind 2.5 hours first thing in the morning? The waiting room is the ugliest place on earth to top it all off. No magazines, one TV showing drug infomercials, because obviously they can't afford to get cable or at least a magazine subscription for thier poor patients. The gross yellow walls are bare and the chairs and rug are a hideous maroon. While waiting for my mother who had a 3pm appt, and got in after 5pm, they locked the doors because they are now closed, and proceeded to tell me and another man to go to the door and tell a man that was trying to get in that they are closed. I told the girl that's probably her job and she should talk to him instead of telling patients to do her job. I wanted to say much more, but seeing as my mother comes here, I've bit my tongue. Seriously, don't come here. It's not like the doctor is spending any time with his patients either. Maybe I'm spoiled coming from Boston and having a better health care system, but this is ridiculous. And I had to at least warn anyone looking to come here that this is how it is.

Avoid this doctor. He is extremely rude, yells at his patients to hurry up because he's busy. He just wants to pump you full of medications and when I asked him why my blood work came back abnormal he just shrugged his shoulders. I called my insurance company and switched to another doctor even though he is right across the street from me.
