IF I COULD 0 STARS I WOULD. SO AWFUL, THEY EXTORTED MY FATHER. BE CAREFUL, MY FATHER TRIED TO RETURN A DEVICE 2 DAYS AFTER PURCHASING, THEY LIED AND SAID IT WAS DAMAGED I RETURNED TWICE AND THEY LATER SAID THERE ARE NO RETURN ONLY FOR INTERNAL ISSUES, HOWEVER POLICY STATES YOU CAN RETURN WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE

I love the service and the two people that had helped me named “ katrice and Robert” I couldn’t get my phone screen to workbench properly and they had helped. I just wanna say the store service was just top tier they helped each other in need and especially helped me.

Katice was very helpful! Help transfer all my photos over and was very knowledgeable about products. Great experience no line. Great prices! I recommend the Nord one plus! It's a great phone! Have katrice help you she's wonderful!

Live a block away from metro store. No service 75% of time loses more calls than not. 2 years no one can leave message. It doesn't work and store cant fix it. Sucks

Yes I literally just left the store all I wanted was 2 iPhone chargers, but I wanted the Apple charger I guess they don’t carry them. I was asking about the charger they did have because our chargers kept breaking. Omg the short Mexican guy with glasses snatch the charger out of my hand "rude" and all I did was ask questions. I went a few days prior and a black lady who also wore glasses helped start new service for my daughter phone she was so nice and professional. The Mexican dude needs a new job or something if he don’t know how to treat customers, had he not been so rude I may have purchased the chargers I came In for. Also seems like his co-worker was a lil scared to even ask him about the charger I don’t know but it was a horrible experience for me.

This store is a SCAM! Beware of Jonathan and his gang of customer service thieves. I went into the store initially complaining regarding the continuous buffering on my phone after I cancelled my husband's line. Jonathan stated that I had used all of my data and would need to upgrade. Was told that the new upgrade would be 50% off on a new phone with a second phone free. It would also include a free phone case. When I returned home with the new phone..the service was the same..slow buffering. Went back to store the following day and was informed that i needed to pay for increased data service that would be an additional $35.00..the same cost for having an additional line! i stated.."If this was the issue, I could have kept my old phone and only paid for the data speed increase"..however that was not what Jonathan said was the problem. I then asked for a full refund, as I then realized the scam! He immediately pulls out the receipt..and in the smallest print ever at the VERY BOTTOM..it states no refunds on upgrades. As I began to thoroughly scrutinize the receipt..I realize that the actual calculations were computed in error..and I was overcharged by $79.06! I'm reading other complaints on these same customer service jokers at Metro..how they refuse to divulge the owners/corporate information for complaints. I will be going back tomorrow..and will go down to the town office and retrieve information if needed..hopefully they will cooperate!..Otherwise...It's going to cost them even more!

0 start_This store is they most unprofessional thieves and should not be an authorized user. On Friday I purchased two new phones switching carriers. I was told we have 7 days to switch the phones free of charge. and while Jonathan is laughing and talking the quietly say with under 2 hours of talk time. Now in 7 days who going to have 2 hours of talked time.v (scam) however my phones never worked at my lake house so from Friday to Monday I was 1 hour over and my husband phone was never checked. When I called the store the indicated a manager was not available and they would call back. Never received a call. On the last day of exchange they said that I have to call corporate. I would never do business with this store and would never recommend .There staff is uneducated on policies and I was told I never did a return. The Managers is always off and also a part of the scam I would never and I do mean never go to this store. The 7 day return policy is a fake. Do not walk out of this store with phones. You will be sorry
