I appreciate Metro so much! They are so much BETTER than one of these main stream mobile providers!! Great phones, great prices, great service!! Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of parking. Highly recommend!!

I needed assistance completing the transfer of my Verizon mobile number to the T-Mobile iPhone I purchased from a T-Mobile store that is no longer in business. I visited this store, which was within a mile of the original store, and explained my situation. The young lady I spoke with said I would need to contact Verizon to complete the process...they would not be able to assist. I explained the original store started the process, but did not complete it, and that I was told I could return to complete the transition. The staff at this store, including what was presumably a manager, were emphatic...they can't do it. They were totally indifferent, I guess because they were not going to make any money from me. A total lack of Company support.Returning home, and quite angry, I called T-Mobile's 'help' line and spoke to James. The experience was the complete opposite of the 'store'. He informed me the store could and should have helped me at the store level. Within 10-minutes, over the phone, he completed the process. If you are inclined to use T-Mobile...I suggest you don't use the Apple Valley Rd store....totally useless in my experience.

I had the absolute best experience at this store, it was on 09/11/21 at approximately 6pm. My sales rep was Heaven and she was assisted by another pleasant lady, I'm sorry I don't remember her name at this time. I explained I had just walked out of the other T-Mobile store in Apple Valley on Dale Evans Parkway due to poor customer service. Their customer service exceeded my expectations and I upgraded my phone.

It was a long wait. They might want to have 2 people working at all times in that store. It's not fair to the employee that was there and to the customers.

All the girls a this location are great.Iley wish is the representative that help me this last time i was in was so helpful, and so polite. Not only she gave me a great deal on the phones but she help me transfer all my data over from my old device.I will definitely recommend this place and have Iley help you.

Not having any luck today trying to transfer my phone. The reps on the 800 # are difficult to understand & either cut off or the static is incomprehensible. I dialed the Apple Valley local # 4 times & no response. This company has good promos/prices but what difference does it make if u can't get service.

I have to tell everyone about how awesome this lady (Jovan) is at T-Moblie in Apple Valley. I have had a billing issue for over seven months. I have wrote numerous letters to T-Mobile but to no avail. So on July 16th I went to T-Mobile where this nightmare started, but they had closed down. So we found two other T-Mobile in the area. Both had over 45 minute wait. So by now I'm really pissed off. Let's go home. We live over a hour from T-Mobile. My husband saw another T-Mobile and said let's stop here. I said no way, because I was ready to kill by now. But I went in there anyway. I had a additude when I went in there. Because this was a such a thorn in my side. This beautiful sweet lady Jovan, the store manager helped me. I told her the whole story and she listened to me. Even after I was using bad language she just remained totally cool and calm. She got my problem resolved in no time at all when I couldn't get anyone from T-Mobile to help me'at all,she did. This beautiful young lady went above and beyond her job. This is what customer service is all about. She definitely deserves a raise. Not only for outstanding customer service skills, but for putting her life on the line to work for T-Mobile during a pandemic. Thank you Jovan, please stay safe. Dorothy Walters
