Awesome store with quality products and excellent customer service! Very reasonable prices! The owners are extremely caring and helpful. I definitely recommend the Mattress Barn for all your bedding needs. My uncle bought a mattress set here and even after a year, is extremely happy with his purchase.

Inquired and got my bed delivered same day at a great price. Woman who delivered was very nice and accommodating. Even hauled off my old beds for free. Bed is nice looking and feeling. Would buy from them again!

Understand what you're getting yourself into if shopping at this cheap furniture store... For instance you'll pay for dirty staned mattresses, no warranty, no customer service experience at all, even if they damage your mattresses/furniture they will not replace it for free they want you to replace it with more cash out of pocket. This rude money hungry woman put both box sprang on top of each other did not properly tie my mattress set down and as soon as I made a turn leaving this store my mattress set went flying off into the middle of the highway stopping traffic... She can see all this happening on her camera. People stopped and helped me properly tie the mattress down. After the fact she refused to answer any calls and also her door. A day later I calls back tells her the whole story. She states since I've been shopping there for a while she don't want to refuse the help, let her speak with her husband (the owner) and she would let me know. I called for 3 days no answer , then finally she picks up the phone and says she can't replace my box sprang because it's my decision to not use there delivery she's the one who tied my mattress set down improperly talking about some truckers tie. No truckers tie their load that way if so it would be all over the highway... People go else where not here it's a waist of time and money. These people use old mattresses to make new ones and there dirty and stained and some have bed bugs. She doesn't want you to know about so she gets really upset when you inspect.

I always knew this business was not as successful as the owner stated when I complained. She has a snotty attitude and guards her parking lot to the point where customers don't even feel comfortable pulling up, because she is more interested in preventing U-haul customers from parking there, despite no business. If she was nicer and more welcoming she would have more than 1 and half stars. Her husband supports her in treating people this way too! He is willing to lie and use other family members as well to bring people down. Well this is Karma, your business sucks and the only good reviews here are from your friends and family, and they are LIEING to protect her reputation. Just as well, this business won't last, because of how they treat people. I'd let anyone use the parking lot and welcome them, so they come back. Her store is in a horrible location anyway, on a steep hill in Bear Valley. I think this store's chances are ruined, time to find a new way to make a living and maybe you will be nicer to the public now.. It tends to bring in more business.. FYI

It was my first stop of several mattress places, BUT it ended up being my only stop!! It was one and done! The owner was working and she welcomed me in and was very hospitable! We began discussing my mattress needs and after a while we were discussing just things in life! A true salesman she was and she took care of me and because of her professionalism and being personable as well, SHE HAD MY BUSINESS!!
