Absolutely love this place, with the affordable rates and being able to contact to receive updates on my furbabies really relieves some of the stress. You can't tell each animal has been treated and cared for with the upmost love. I wouldn't trust any other place with my pets personally. Fantastic staff and even offer prepay discounts for 10%!

I've used them for my 3 dogs several times and they have always been, clean, exercised and loved. I recommend often and will continue to use them.

We left two healthy dogs at Luv'm Kennels so we could take a short vacation. Within two days one of our dogs began losing a lot of blood and her kidneys were failing. Since the kennel people mixed up our dogs names, they took the healthy dog instead of the sick dog to the veterinarian and it was euthanized. Meanwhile, the sick dog was not getting any care until the kennel realized their mistake and took the sick dog to an after hours veterinarian. We cut short our vacation to be with our dog. Thanks to the veterinarians who saved our remaining dog's life by treating her with fluids, antibiotics, and a drug to counteract the toxins in her system causing the bleeding. Heartbroken over the loss of our other, we will never use Luv'm Kennel again. Sign us sad in Lucerne Valley.

My dogs are loved while they stay at Luv M Kennels . Someone is always there to take care of them. Its very clean and the staff is great.

We Left our 2 dogs here for 3 days and they both came home clean and well Taken care of. We would not hesitate to leave them again and we will be using there services in the future !Thanks Again!

Wow! Just picked my pups up after the holiday weekend and my babies were so happy, clean & wagging their tails. I don’t think I’ve ever had such a good experience boarding them the way I did with luv’m kennels! Lisa was a doll and made me feel so much better about dropping them off. Definitely will be boarding all my pups there from now on!

Since the beginning of trying to set up boarding for my dogs the communication has been terrible. Never answers phones only sends texts. I have received texts from them at 12:30am 3:30am and other random times. We finally got the boarding scheduled and I followed the directions to call before getting to the location and I called multiple times and texted and no answer. I still haven’t heard back from anyone. Had to change 4th of July plans due to this. Will not ever try to use again or recommend to anyone.

I boarded three dogs there recently one dog came back with a huge gash in his leg and all my dogs were so thirsty beyond belief it’s like they didn’t have any water the three days we were gone they came home and drank so much water I won’t visit there again
