Lowe's sucks. Never make a major purchase with Lowe's. Everytime I do a major purchase sometimes goes wrong.

I have had the worse experience purchasing windows from this store. I should of canceled the first time when Kenny the sales guy jacked up my order somehow but stupid me didn't. My order started in May 2023 and it is now January 1st 2024 I still have one window missing, another installed incorrectly on top of the window trim, the installation company not only has cancelled 2 appointments but also just decided to not show up on another appointment. Kenny is always on vacation, at least thats what everyone always tells me, he tells the store people to tell me hes going to call me back but doesn't, and I have been paying for a window job that is not done yet. The I messed up the first discount Kenny said he would give me if I didn't cancel has not been applied to my account and today when I look now I get hit with a $1800 dollar interest charge because ofcourse Kenny said I was getting a 2 year no interest deal but since he said it ofcourse thats not happening. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE, Kenny told me he would personally fix this and all hes done is ignore my purchase so im done playing this game.

I came in to pick-up a curbside order. When I arrived, there was a woman with a strawberry cart sitting in the middle of the only shaded curbside parking spot, selling strawberries. After the associate came out with my items, I mentioned to him that I would have liked to park in the shady spot, but this woman selling strawberries had taken up the entire spot, preventing me from doing so. He didn't respond to my comment, didn't give a damn, and I immediately felt that I did not matter as a customer. It was 90 degrees out, I'm old, and my car has a glass roof, so yeah, it would have been nice to park in the curbside spot that had the shade as a I waited for my order to be brought out. Especially considering, this other person was not a customer.Anyhow, I put it in reverse to leave, and immediately realized that I was blocked in. A car stopped directly behind my vehicle to buy strawberries! I put it back in park and went inside to talk to a manager. They called a manager by the name of Vick. I waited and waited, but Vick never came. I finally decided to leave when I noticed out the store window the strawberry woman was away from my vehicle. But as I left the parking spot, I saw the woman's 3-4 year old girl sitting on the curb. ALONE. I looked around, and saw the strawberry woman had left her child to go over a couple rows to sell strawberries. I thought, is this the Twilight Zone? I continued trying for about an hour, well after I got home, to contact the manager, and had absolutely no luck. I honestly think I would be afraid to return to this Lowes again. The situation seemed way too weird to me.

I see now why this store only has 2 stars. I was looking to replace all the doors in my house so I got a home quote from Kenny. I don't know what store he's out of, he told me he represented ALL of them in the high desert. I thought, 'wow, he really knows his stuff.' Felt good about the quote, he gave me a discount because of a special they were having. He even had my apply for the credit card, which I did. Once he left, he dropped off the face of the earth. Never sent me the contract, even after following up with him several times. Just completely blew me off. I know management is supposed to follow up (I know several managers from other locations), but never did. Terrible service for high priced items like my job would have been.

Do not recommend this location for diy kid workshops. I reserved a time slot for 12pm and when my kids and I arrived, the employees said they were all out of projects. What's the point of making an appt online when they can't accommodate their customers? Will not be going here again. Very disappointed, as we were looking forward to our first diy project at Lowe's.

I want to express my total frustration with Lowe's here in Apple Valley and especially with Brian Kurtz, store manager. I purchased a dishwasher from your store and I also purchased an extended three-year warranty. I have had numerous problems with the dishwasher and have used the extended warranty numerous times. The dishwasher is defective and I have been trying to get it replaced. Brian and his store are non responsive and do not return phone calls or email. When you need to make a purchase, go to Home Depot!

We went to this Lowe's in Apple Valley California, on Bear Valley Bl. They decided to put their Christmas Tree lot close to the front of the store, utilizing quite a few Disabled spaces. It's bad enough this store has less than a handful of motorized carts. Now they're putting the Christmas trees in the Disabled area. You don't know how hard it is, until you're disabled yourself. I hope the people in charge never have to find out.. I am positive this is illegal.. Complaints were made. The woman in charge said to just utilize the other disabled spots. Nice.

We received excellent customer service from Jon when ordering appliances for our new home. He has been extremely helpful, patient, and kind. Jon has been on top of our orders making sure everything is ready for delivery. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and look forward to getting our appliances soon.

Never had problem with this lowes. Numerous trips and purchases with them and friendly staff. They have even made deliveries for me without extra charges. And all clearance items even the manager has given additional discounts on top of it.

This location is much more friendlier then the Victorville Location, and , it's a 30 min drive...however , they don't seem to be able to find the correct light bulb for my lamp. So far I've had to go back "6 times" to get my money back and each time a new person tries to help me find the right bulb ...Today , will be the 7th time ! No more ! Hopefully, I can find the right one online. Otherwise the staff there are friendly

When you have customers driving from the High Desert to Upland just to say to them, "Yes, we have it but we can't honor the deal because we are in different district." That is trash and unacceptable for a corporation this size. Yes, I did call before I came down. They should have told us this before we had to drive close to a hour or more from the High Desert.This is crappy review is for corporate crappy regulations. Unless the employees could have made it easiers at the Foothill Lowes. If that being the case then the employees deserved to get moved another section for not knowing their job.

I don't like shopping at Home Depot because of my own personal politics and there's do not match. I am an avid Lowe's shopper and always go here first when I need plants, tools or anything of that type. Fortunately for me it's also the closest Big Brand hardware store.
