Lowe's sucks. Never make a major purchase with Lowe's. Everytime I do a major purchase sometimes goes wrong.

Re Christina I suggest you see Christina if you want "no help" , "no customer service" and "I don't give a dam" . 5 point for you Christina I'm now headed to Home Depot as you suggested !

We received excellent customer service from Jon when ordering appliances for our new home. He has been extremely helpful, patient, and kind. Jon has been on top of our orders making sure everything is ready for delivery. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and look forward to getting our appliances soon.
