They are horrible at web. Design. You can’t get a copy of you bill sent nice they improved their system. Takes forever to get anyone on the phone. Why don’t they just mail you a bill.

the take off when u need them like today the DAY AFTER hurricane Hillary storm !!!! the day when people need to contact their water co they took off - really? also they use speakerphones that are lousy and refuse to take them off when u beg them to - even after u explain u are hearing impaired and system doesn't work w their tunnel phones that sound like they are in Siberia some where under the earth. they refuse. they dint even stay open ( when they are there) til 5 no only til 3pm ! i was told. when they say theyll get back w u they dont & she wouldnt take my pmt cause shes working from home today! cause storm ended yesterday - sunday & they now mon dont want to hear the complaints nor people asking for help now? time to get out of Dodge.

Office is never open…. Keep posting signs and they have the wrong information. Currently it states it will be closed at 5 pm it’s 4 pm and doors are closed. Changing hours starting the 18 of June till 4 pm so that probably means they close at 3 pm or maybe right after lunch who knows…

We had a major water emergency here today involving fence install people for the neighbors destroying our valve box and main line by driving a heavy truck over it. Called Liberty emergency line about the issue and the tech literally put a replacement valve box on the ground next to the gaping hole without installing it. Multiple calls and guarantees someone would come today to handle the issue. Where are all our tax and service dollars going if they can't handle a simple and important request.

Why haven’t they been investigated yet, I call to pay and they hang up on me. I try to use the online system it’s hidden in pages of links. It’s like they don’t want to work, help, or even get paid. It’s insanity and Californias bbb and regulators should step in

Not happy with this water company, I was told water is high, and now I believe it. My water bill has tripled for no reason. I live alone, and nothing has changed. My last month bill and almost all summer was in the 120.00. I paid on 9/23/21 $117.77. Now got new bill $345.24. Called and they can not explain. They sent out a guy to check the meter, and not as helpful as the lady one the phone. My bill has never been this high.

Doing my due diligence in getting a granny house built on my property. Phoned local office, explained what I was looking for then was transferred to their Engr Dept and spoke with Greg. He looked up my address, said I'll require a long side service, and answered all remaining questions which included the price of the service. He was detailed in time lines and the process required to get the water service installed. Was pleased with the minimal wait time and the expert help rec'd.

I can only speak from my experiences with Apple Valley's Liberty Utilities services. Can't call them, I tried from a land line, cell phone, blocked number, nothing worked. The only number they gave was seen on many different sites and locations including the actual paper bill given to me and it doesn't work, can't connect to the online payment website either. Every payment link I ever bookmarked stops working the very next time I need to use it. I have Automatic Payment set up and still received a disconnection notice. Can't call nor check online to see what the problem is yet they are some how allowed to continue such horrible business practices. They should be held accountable. For a service no one can really refuse since we all need water I would rate them at a negative 10 if I could.
