I needed to get a longer band for my Orient watch and this place was close by......glad I found them....super friendly and had a nice selection of bands to choose from....I also had my M.Tissot watch on me and it needed an adjustment...they were able to get that done without any waiting....I def. will be coming back for all my watch repair/maint. needs.....great people and great service!!

I needed to have my wedding band and engagement ring resized and the diamond needed to be reset from a botched job done previously elsewhere. It was expensive but the workmanship was incredible. They look brand new, like when I first bought them almost 27 years ago. I am more than pleased and highly recommend them. Sue was sweet and informative and Oscar was just as professional. Job well done. I highly recommend them.

I had been looking for an appraiser for some jewelry I had owned and the prices just to see how much my jewelry was worth was outrageous everywhere else. I found the number for knolls jewelers and decided to give them a call to see how much it would be for an appraisal and the gentleman I had talked to was very nice and gave me a great deal. When I went they were very quick and efficient, I was out in less than thirty minutes. Everyone I met was friendly, I will definitely be doing business with them again!

Awesome customer service. Went in to get rings resized. She realized my prongs were about ready to lose my stone. Price was amazing to correct and resize. Will keep my business local and with Knolls Jewelry.

Family heirloom ring repaired for loose stone and resizing, stone fell out first day worn. Paid for replacement stone, stone fell out first day worn. They replaced with inferior stone and I had to take to another jeweler to replace. I also had an antique watch repaired and new band purchased, first week worn entire watch fell out of watch! I spent close to $1000 here before I wised up.

Hi Folks, this review is long overdue!! This business is over the TOP regarding my personal experience!! I need a stone replacement in my mother's ring..I purchased the stone and being new to the area, had no one I had experience with my family heirloom that I knew or trusted. I did research and after speaking with Susie on the phone, I knew I found who I trusted to do the job! You see my stone was a Moiusinite (sp) .. it was difficult to find a jeweler who worked with such a stone..Ms Susie and Charles..beyond impressed!! I will forever recommend this jewelry store, for repairs, in store jewelry..well guarded..felt safe the entire experience!!
