No one greeted me or the other person who walked in a minute after I did, no one asked if I needed help. I had to ask for help 2 time. One was due to the way their price was displayed ( incorrectly ) the merchandise I was looking at had a 50% off sign, when she went to ring it up it came up 25% off... she said it was in the wrong spot.. ok the whole flippin shelf was wrong . She made it seem like her job was an inconvenience. Where did customer service go?? Sad because I love this store, but the lack of respect and customer service has made me question even going back.

Excellent customer service! I was in store yesterday to pick up my online order, which was shipped to the storeLow and behold, the order was wrong! The young lady saw the dimay on my face. She went the extra mile and accessed my order online. She explained what she was proposing and let me know the items I had ordered were now available in the store!Happy, Happy Customer ?

Kirkland's certainly has changed through the years. There's less to choose from and it seems pricier.

I’m giving 2 stars because I wasn’t greeted, asked if I needed help and ignored when leaving. The place was neat, clean and beautiful inside. I was really disappointed that I was ignored, I was the only one in the place. There was 2 ladies chit chatting behind the register. I was actually looking for something, but after searching the whole store, I didn’t see it, so I left. I wouldn’t come here again because I was left with a bad first impression.

I love the stuff in this store but they are very proud of their stuff, Way to expensive Hobby Lobby is a lot cheaper for the same stuff

They keep the jess ranch store so clean. I always see them tidying up the store. The girls are always so helpful and it's a place to feel welcome and content in.
