They sold me 3 patched tires without me being aware they were patched, didn’t show me or tell me, and refused to refund me and take the tires back despite them not telling me this information. Had I known they were patched I would’ve gone and bought brand new tires. And the customer service sucks, the “manager” was super rude. Don’t bother with them.

I do not recommend this place. We were calling around for tires on our car. The girl who answered the phone said they had a set that was brand new never mounted or installed but they had to sell them as used because they were a discontinued set. Sounds good no big deal what she failed to mention was they were 15 years old and were in fact used. This is terrible business ethics and practice. Instead I found a mobile tire installer who sold me a brand new set installed and balanced for not much more and they came with a 50k warranty

Over priced used tires, i didn’t catch the woman’s name that worked there but she was super unhelpful. It’s almost as if she didn’t want any business! Someone else was standing there trying to get a refund and she gave them an attitude as well because she was too busy telling us why we couldn’t use their jack. Even though my car could be seen from the car shop and I was willing to leave my expensive items there at the shop. Which didn’t bother me!! It was the fact that she was being extremely rude about it and treating us like we were criminals or something. There was only one person there that was nice and genuinely trying to help, he was mid height with glasses. again i didn’t catch his name but you were great!
