Within 15 minuites of calling a verry nice Technition named Joe, arived to diagnose and repair the outage. He was extremely polite and informative. Instantly he replaced some of our equiptment got us a great signal. He even diagnosed a problem with our new router and helped us reinstal and set up another one we had while checking that we were able to connect all of our devices properly. The coolest part of Joe the technitions visit was that he waited while everything reset and played a quick game of chess with my Husband! It felt like we had an old friend visiting at the house, helping us out instead of a cold buisness transaction. In our consumeristic society it is hard to find a company that treats us like humble people instead of an invoice. In my opinion a casual conversation with good energy people who help us out make such an impact. I really aprieciate the Wisperenn Team that helped us out today and Thank you Joe for making our day. Within an hour of my call our internet service was restored, troubleshooted and problem solved.”

“I gave a higher rating for this location because of the service. The wait is long for sure, but once your turn is up, you're not rushed. They are worth the wait and they don't mind taking time for things you may not understand. Especially for seniors and elderly. These services can be difficult to adapt to. I'm sure they will figure out a more efficient way of handling the wait times, but in the meantime I believe they have more to offer than the satellite companies that are quick to hold you hostage to a 24 month contract. With spectrum there are no contracts and when service charges go up as with any media company, they are approachable and negotiable. I've had spectrum mobile for a year now and I have just as good a service as I did with Verizon. The XUMO device was easy enough for my mother to adapt to and it's only $5 a month. I'm impressed with their associates and their patient, knowledgeable service”
