Idk how to get a hold of some one I been calling and calling but no answer I'm a new patient and can't get anyone to answer this is ridiculous especially since I'm new to this place and trying to set an appointment to come in for a new dr this is unprofessional and need to do something about it

Love coming here ! So happy with the service so happy with the staff! Has been my go to for weight loss and family practice. Trying to shed a couple of pounds or just looking for a new primary care provider this is the place to come! They also offer so many other services

I have always had a good experience with this doctor's office. Even on my worst days they have been there for me. I have been a patient for over 3 years. They have met all my needs. The staff are nice and friendly.

1 star. Negative stars. DO NOT GO TO BE RIPPED OFF. The reception was empty, no surprise. The consultation was no better. The doctor rushed me to make an appointment for vitamin c treatments. Not what I was looking for. He made no explanation as to why that treatment only that I could get a deal the more I bought. I asked about detox , but he didn't acknowledge my question. He wanted me out of there and at that point so did I. Staff were distracted not concerned with me. I didn't recall there being a fee. No one said anything while I was in the office waiting on the staff. After I cancelled the appointment, then there was a fee. Instead of mailing a bill they call excessively, but don't send bills like legal businesses.

I WISH I could leave no stars but that's not an option. The staff here is BEYOND disrespectful and rude, they have no clue how to treat patients. I went in to the office after trying for almost 2 weeks to get ahold of them over the phone. The "Office Manager" wanted to argue with me about everything. I walked out after 5 minutes. Try and call for yourself.. you will NOT get through over the phone. This place is a JOKE!!!!

called to ask if I can make an appointment so I can get a referral letter to be seen with a specialist and they told me they'd call back "soon". After an hour of waiting I decided to drive to the clinic in Apple valley to ask if I could make that appointment. I was told by the "office manager" that the doctor said he wasn't going to refer me to a specialist because the specialist didn't deal with my kind of injury even though the specialist's website says is specifically does. I tried to explain that but I was cut off and was told "It doesn't matter what the website says, the doctor said no. Besides you called a couple minutes ago" like no lady I waited over an hour for a call back and never got it. This isn't the first time I've experienced this type of behavior from her either..

I have been a patient for a couple years, and I have loved being a patient here the provider is great and very attentive and does the best he can to make sure you leave the office knowing you had the best care. The staff and atmosphere is amazing. They are all very kind and try to help and assist as best as they can.

This place is horrible.The Doctor is okay but the staff is so disrespectful.wait times are horrible too.We went 20 mins early to turn in paperwork.waited 1 1/2 hrs still no one was called back .with only 2 other patients before me. Then Harassing my husband and then wouldn't give us their names.Then started closing the glass window on my husband while he was talking with them.my husband tried putting his hand there to stop them from closing it in his face and continued shoving it close.Left an switch primary same day. I would advise not to have anything to do with them.would rate a "0" if I could.

Dr Seto is very pleasant. I appreciate that he doesn't rush you for time. I enjoy that he is not quick to push heavy prescription meds and supports the alternative remedies my family chooses. I just wish this office was more affordable. I had a recent back injury (painful/burning/barely able to walk/sit) and the local ER would not give me an MRI. Once I was able to see Dr Seto he immediately requested the MRI I needed to Elite Imaging in Victorville and thankfully the imagine center was open on a Saturday. Thank you Dr Seto and staff for your kindness and all your help.

I should have just gone by the 1st review I seen on here with 1 star. If I could give 0, that would be what they would get from me. I am truly disgusted and feel disrespected by this place. The entire staff is very unprofessional and does not know how to treat their potential customers. They over charge for services, wait time is over an hour and when you ask questions, the receptionist gets an attitude. Skip this facility by all means. This is my truthful opinion and how I feel about this facility.
