I went in to ask what they require and the lady with the mustache was really rude to me. She asked why exactly as are you filing a tax return? Assuming I have nobody to claim and she mentioned my paystub too. Stating how much I made and saying there was no reason for me to file. Extremely offensive considering the woman has a full on mustache but has nerve to judge ME

Terrible lolSaid they were completely booked even though you could hear a pin drop in there. It's fine we left and went to the one on bear valley and the lady said that they were also booked the only diffrence is it SOUNDS BOOKED! then a representative came out and said that they should clock out but they were willing to see us. Absolutely terrible customer service on the 18 compared to the one bear valley. If you ask me it's just lazy. Oh well keep being lazy ?♂️

I have taken my taxes to this office for several years. Susan Ellis is my tax advisor. She is wonderful and professional. The entire staff has always been polite and friendly. Charges assessed can be expensive but this is due to H & R Block scale not individuals working the office. I have always felt safe with them and if there was ever an issue they would have my back although I have NEVER had an issue.
