Really bad experience with H&R Block,my girlfriend and I been a loyal consumer for 7 years but will be going to turbo tax next year,and encourage people to do the same.. My girlfriend paid a fine years ago to H&R Block and the same fine showed up recently and because she didn't have proof of payment we had to pay $300 again.the person that help us was Sharon and she didn't even try to help us out or contact anyone. We been loyal costumers for almost 10 years why would we lie about paying our fees.She even made a joke that we would be paying our hard work money to H&R Block. We are so desapointed with H&R Block..

The tax preparer was great was able to assist with any and all question I had. My only issue is typically every year I get my state first them my federal and my fees come out of the federal portion this year is the only year H&R block had my tax preparation fees taken from my state refund. Not once had this ever happened in all my years of filing. I should have stuck with turbo tax. When I signed the paper work it was stated that I agree to have the fees taken from the federal. I'm a little disappointed. I will definitely go back to turbo tax next year.

Been having HR Block doing my taxes for years now so after moving to CA, this was the first location I found. The ladies in the office are awesome. They did my taxes and scheduled for the following year as well.
