I called to do a stock check over the phone and that alone took like 20 minutes. Finally they told me they had 2 in stock so I let them know I was on my way to get it. After 40 minutes I arrived at the store just for them to tell me they couldn't sell it to me, I got mad and asked why they didn't tell me that over the phone so I wouldn't waste my time driving over there and she said she didn't know ? I always preferred Home Depot over Lowes but lately Home Depot customer service has gotten worse!

Your customer service is horrible. I would compare it to Walmart or Mc Donalds. But honestly, I don't want to insult them. I love coming here and I have a home depot credit card that I use very often. I'm really disappointed and you cannot blame short staff. Your window department did not help me at all, and this was the 4th time going in to order my windows. Each time asking 2-3 people for help. With nothing being resolved or me getting any help, sadly I have to travel to another store further away.

This particular Home Depot has the laziest, most incompetent staff I have ever encountered! Customer Service doesn't exist in this store, however, if you want to know the local gossip and their personal drama, then you are in the right place.

The contracted company used by Home Depot used high pressure sales tactics. It reminded me of going to a time share sale's pitch. I do not recommend them for heating/HVAC service's.

horrible customer service, bought a washer and dryer on 5/3, they kept pushing deliver back until finally delivering on 7/10. when I ordered them the customer service rep informed me I had 30 days to return them once I received them if i wasnt happy with them. well here we are 12 days after delivery and they refuse to return, all I want is to exchange the dryer and now I'm being told me that no one told me I had 30 days, basically telling me I'm a liar... the employees at this store obviously need more training on their procedures and they ALL need attitude adjustments. So here I am stuck with a dryer that's been used 3 times and stuck with an $800 product that cant be used. never again will I spend another dollar in home depot after the rudeness and and incompetence of their floor employees!!

Be prepared to get your shipping delivery late. My entire project is screwed up because they can't manage to deliver a flooring shipment from right down the hill ON TIME! Lowe's does it better.

I came to the store in a hurry for a broken Pipe and the guy said he was going to get them from the and took 30 min and then we ask a other guy and he had a bad attitude horrible customer care !!! Something must be done at this Store

I went into my local Home Depot for a light switch that had shorted out. They had tons of switches and I found what I needed without much effort. I was surprised to find a new self-service checkout machine. I guess this is the future since at the time of checkout there were no cashiers open just the self service machines. The nee machines are super easy to use and enlist a hand held scanning gun to ring up purchases. This allows for scanning large items that would otherwise have to be placed on a flat scanner.
