Happy Trails Automotive is always honest and takes great care of our cars. Everyone is nice and helpful. Carlie is always a pleasure when we bring our cars and takes great care of us. She explains what we need and why we need it. They never try to get us to do unnecessary things to our vehicles and never overcharge us. We will continue to take all of our vehicles there for small things like oil changes and brakes to big things like AC issues. Thank you Happy Trails Automotive for being the best!

I recently visited Happy Trails Automotive LLC for an oil change and was warmly welcomed as soon as I entered the facility. Upon further inquiry, I learned that this is a family-owned and operated business. I was impressed with the level of service provided by the staff, who were not only great people but also highly skilled in their work. Overall, my experience at Happy Trails Automotive LLC was excellent and I would highly recommend them for their quality service.

Did a walk-in, or should I say a drive-in on a Friday afternoon because my check engine light turned on again. I figured it had something to do with what they had fixed two weeks ago. It did not. It was something as simple as my dipstick not being pushed all the way in and it was missing an O-ring. They replaced the O-ring And my check engine light turned off. How embarrassing. But I am so thankful that it was something so simple and they were able to help me out!

So happy to have found Happy Trails Automotive. We were told by the person who recommended them that there would probably be a wait, which I take to mean a place is popular. They were able to get our car in and fixed the day we called. Everyone was nice and the rates were fair. We'll be taking our cars here from now on.

Dropped in with no notice 30 minutes before closing and they helped me as if it was many hours before closing. They ordered the part which arrived in around 10 minutes and within 15 minutes my truck was fixed!! The price was so low I do not think anyone would believe so I will leave it at that. By the way the part needed, if not replace, would cause a very dangerous situation. I will be back, in fact, I made an appointment for next week to have my brakes inspected and have an alignment. They are behind the Jiffy Lube/car wash and have been there for four years. Clean and comfortable waiting room, restroom for customers and awesome Dad and daughter business!

We were having transmission issues on our road trip that forced us to stop. We were lucky enough to find this shop just before closing and they treated us great. I was expecting the usual "we are almost closed" but instead, they took a look! They were able to get us going again, and with the knowledge they gave us, actually made it back home (800 miles back home!). They saved our trip and as an Idahoan, showed us that there are actual nice and caring Californians left!We definitely highly recommend this shop for services!Service: Transmission

I asked if they would install something for me that is not part of their normal services. Not only did they install the part that I wanted but did it for hundreds less than previous quotes. The staff there are always so friendly. This IS my mechanic!

My 2003 Tundra needed its first Timing belt replacement at 95,000 mi. Mike from the cement plant referred me. It was ready for pick up the next day after dropping it off. The lady at the front desk was friendly. I was happy with their prices and service. Thanks everybody.
