Brenda had the audacity to roll her eyes upon making my returns the way Amazon advised me due to the nature of my packages. She should just do her job right ...we don't need her judgements. If she has an issue with Amazon truth policy take up with them not me. So damn rice keep out expressions and dumb comments to yourself

I live near the area and this UPS store is 10 minutes away from My Home. Every time that I enter the store, I'm always greeted by an employee. One employee that stands out the most. Her name is Brenda. Brenda is always nice and professional to her staff members and customers that come into the store. She has a lot of patience and does not get frustrated easily as I've seen other UPS workers have in the past. She is a seasoned professional and makes the store a welcoming environment. Every time I go into the store I've see Brenda make other customers feel the same way. Whenever I need to process my Amazon returns or shipping or printing needs. UPS is a great store to get everything done in one shot. They offer, great values for customers that provide all our needs in one location. It can get busy at times. However, if you go early enough in the day, you'll be able to be any rushes.

Went for notary services they were a good price and was really fast. Just be sure if your appointment says a later time than 5 they don't have a staff so make you're appointments for earlier.

There has been 3 occasion that my mail was NOT returned to Amazon, despite being scanned and receipt given. However since I don't keep my receipts that long, I'm screw with not being able to show proof. How do I know? Amazon would charge me as an "item not returned". Don't use this branch OR document like crazy. I would recommend keeping the receipt, wrote down what item it was and the person who took the transaction. This is ridiculous!

I use this UPS store location a lot. I have a mailbox and receive packages regularly. I have a small business, and I will use them for shipping to clients very soon. I've been using and observing customer service in this UPS store for a while. And I am very satisfied. I must give a special thanks to Brenda. She is always kind, efficient, and reliable. I am always assured when I walk into the store and see her there. I know that my transactions will be handled smoothly and properly. I developed a trust in this UPS store location because of Brenda. So I highly recommend this location.

I rarely need to stop at UPS but when I do I am not disappointed with their customer service.Some things to know: if your having notary step to the left it will take a while... If you are getting ready to ship a package get in line and go toward the end of the day- 10-12pm is not the time you will wait for a minute or two... (more like 15).If you are returning spectrum stay in line they will collect your items and give you a receipt. Hang on to the receipt it is the only proof you returned the items. Overall, the place is neat and clean in appearance. It is a busy spot so stay clear of the doorway deliveries are coming in and out.Cheers!

The reason this place sucks is not the because of the service that UPS Stores offer, it was the CUSTOMER SERVICE. The staff is so unprofessional in this regard. Understanding that there are rude and ignorant customers, customer service is the soul of the business. The kids working in there treat the customers like they're stupid. Also trash talking customers in front of other customers. I needed to utilize the printing service and felt like I was to figure it out on my own. No help, just a patronizing demeanor. Level up, staff!

Just because they are a UPS store not UPS hub they are no help at all in damage claim. Their claim form will not accept a claim because I shipped using Ebay label even though clearly on Ebay it shows $100 UPS protection so I call this manager of the Apple Valley store at first rude hangs up then I call back then he says he will help me then days later he gives me bad treatment and ignores my calls when he said he would investigate and get back. I get rude lady on phone who could care less says he won't talk to me so I am out $100. Don't use UPS their stores don't care about the customers at all we are nothing to them and this is obvious. UPS says I need a UPS account number on their claim form but says I have to get it from Ebay they won't help Ebay says its UPS and they refused to give me it either beware Ebay says they get alot of this from these shippers.

Worst customer service! The lady with the tattoo above her eye brow , It wouldn't kill you to show some kindness and understanding. This place used to have exceptional customer service. Not sure if it has been sold?!I did recive a response on google saying I was there for a notary lol... that is not true.

The young bald man has a attitude problem. I was waiting on him to get off his phone to take care of a couple of Amazon returns and he says "Whats up bud 'im waiting on you!! Rude.

They offer no solutions to a missing package and have no answers as to why a shipping label was created many days later. When they mess up they don't own it, they send you down a rabbit hole trying to locate your package! Just be honest!

I come here often to mail and print. I don't necessarily like that they charge $4.50 just to send an email. The customer service is not the best. I only come here because it's the closest one to me.

I had two Giant Power technicians come to my house and install a Tesla charger in my garage. They arrived on time and came prepared, and were very pleasant to work with. I would recommend Giant Power to anyone planning to have an electric vehicle charger installed at their home.
