Every time I go in I don't know her name but the manager is a black woman in her 50s and she is very disrespectful I was in line waiting to ask about a product the woman in front of me attempted to use self checkout it not in use so when she couldn't use it she asked if there was a problem with the self checkout the manager was abnoctious sounding irritated when she told her it wasn't in use and the customer said it used to be then the manager rebutted in again in an annoyed voice not anymore I commented to the customer as she got back in front of me what happened to service with a smile because the manager looks like she hates her job and the customer buying the products the whole reason she is there

Ugh this store is a pain in my bitt. I do door dash orders and screw that!!! It's a nightmare to navigate through. they are always out of the items they have posted for sale online.. or is misplaced either way it can't be found. And the isles often look like this. It's un usable at 2pm. Need glue forget it. Can't even move it there's to many.. Catt food.. not today! I absolutely refuse to take orders there.

This location on bear valley in apple valley ca is very ugly there staff is so mean and rude and there hiring manager has no manners and represents Doller general very horribly I will not be going back to this location because it feels very unwelcoming .

wish i can give zero starts lol place is trash. first time going there and the last . i placed a pick up order . i got an email says it's ready then i go which is like a 20 min drive . i get there i look all over for the spot to pick up i couldn't find it . there's a huge line and elderly cashier , so i skipped to the front and ask where i pick up and she pointed to the middle isles . so i go looking for another 5min i decided to get in the line to ask her again . so i waited like 30 min in line and ask her and she points next to her to some baskets and my order wasn't there she said to wait for another cashier and waited some more . finally the another cashier came and told me sorry but another lady before you came and got a few orders and she couldn't do anything. smh . ghetto ass place . people can jus walk in there and grab orders it's right there in the open . they need a sign to specify those are orders for pick up . after all that i was still charged for that order i hope i get my money back stupid place .

I have been coming to the store ever since it was constructing. Fast easy and convenient and last year they installed a self-service cash register which is hella cool. The prices are still good even though things have gone up and it is still a good place to go for a party and especially for holiday party candy and stuff.

I guess it a "ghetto " area so you can expect that here. Aside from what the store offers the customer service is whatevers depends whos working. They never answer phone calls . Its always like one or two ppl working. Idk i guess thats what to expect from a big corporation. They dont care

This store is trash. I walked in for no more than 30 seconds and walked out. Every aisle was an obstacle course with racks and carts in the way full of items to stock on the shelves. No regard at all for customers walking through. A shopping cart would not be able to be used down those aisles either. This isnt the first time i have experienced this at this location but today was by far the worst.

The store is a very convenient location for me and a great place to coupon on already reasonably priced items. I especially love the app and the $5 off $25 offer. That alone is worth coming in for. They always have what I come in for (I usually come for laundry items because it's one of the cheapest places I've found) and I've never had a problem with the staff being rude.
