The most nastiest and disrespectful lady over the phone stated they are closed on weekends and yet you answered the phone? On top of that the woman on the phone stated on Monday is a holiday and we are still going to be charged every single day even though we have the means to take the RV out now. This place is trash and if you are a tow company since you want to tow peoples stuff 24/7 you should be open as well to release our vehicles as well.

The driver is 10 stars but I didn't appreciate getting ripped of an extra 50 bucks by the company because it was a uhaul truck. It was no harder than a 72 chevy to open and he used a regular slim Jim like I used in 1975 to open it in less than 3 seconds.

Literally the best . I don’t even bother calling Triple A any more ……Desert valley towing always gives me a ETA of approx : 1 hour & 30 but LITERALLY always shows up in 30 minutes or less lol. Very professional, very communicative, very punctual, and the prices aren’t bad at all. I appreciate how they make you priority when you need help. They make sure they get to you as fast as they can. This is my 4th time requesting their service (unfortunately because my car is trouble lol ) but fortunately!! I have a company that i can that’s RELIABLE?
