Took my mom here to get a new cell phone and the two ladies that work there were extremely patient and understanding with my 93-year-old mother. So based on that anybody who's nice to my old mother, they get the best rating I could give those girls in. There are super super friendly

If I could give this zero stars I would. The customer service has gone down hill since the new hires. This cricket is close to my home however I’d rather go further just to get better customer service.

Laura was very helpful. She set me and my husband up with new iPhones and lots of iPhone goodies! She had different ways for us to save money on our phones and our monthly bills. I would definitely recommend Cricket Wireless and Laura!
