Let me start by saying every employee/banker here are amazing. Always greeted with a smile and a warm how are you. Jeanine is one of my absolute favorite people to say hi to and interact with. Follow info in a close 2nd place but just as equally enjoyable is Natalie. She is very friendly and alway thorough. Toni is great as well alway so polite and professional.

My family has held business accounts with this bank for 20+ years and the level of customer service I received at this branch was nothing short of disrespectful. I had been at the Chino branch for years and the service there was excellent but when I moved to Apple Valley and started banking at this branch, I went in one day to inquire on a business loan and the banker told me, "You do not need to worry, we won't discriminate against you here". I'm a veteran of the US Marine Corps and an American. I am closing my account at this bank, I'm ashamed of what happened there.

Horrible customer service!!! Called to get some insight about opening an account and the manager Don was very rude and unwelcoming. I will not be banking here.

Absolutely THE WORST BANK EVER...they took over our bank and had NOTHING BUT problem after problem, issue after issue with this "bank" really miss 'American Security Bank' and ALL THE EMPLOYEES from there. They were the GREATEST BANK IN THE WORLD ALL AROUND.

All the ladies are so nice and friendly I live going in. I have never met such kind friendly and sweet ladies then I have at this bank. I recommend Citizens Business Bank to everyone.
